New to Grow
My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, and grief. With my extensive experience and training, I can provide my patients with effective, compassionate care and support through their personal struggles. Psychodynamic psychotherapy is rooted in curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll gently begin to explore the deeper layers of your story, helping you make sense of emotions and recurring patterns in a meaningful way.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Your first session is a space for us to begin getting to know one another in a thoughtful and collaborative way. I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you to therapy at this time, along with any relevant personal history that feels important. We’ll explore patterns, relationships, emotions, and experiences that may be influencing your current challenges.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Psychodynamic psychotherapy is grounded in curiosity and reflection, so our initial meeting is not about quick fixes or surface solutions, but about beginning to understand the deeper layers of your story. You can expect a warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where you’re free to speak openly at your own pace.
