About me

I tailor each session based on your unique needs, using a combination of evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic theories. During our time together, you can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. We'll work collaboratively to explore your goals, identify patterns, and develop practical tools to help you feel more in control.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I understand that life can feel overwhelming, and challenges aren’t easy to face alone. I don’t believe therapy has to be painful. Therapy can bring relief, growth, and even moments of enjoyment. We might even be able to laugh during our sessions. In a compassionate space, I help clients heal, explore, and build lasting tools for change. Why not reach out?

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I provide a safe, supportive space where clients can feel understood while also learning practical tools they can use in everyday life. Together, we focus on goals: gaining self-awareness, improving relationships, and ultimately feeling more balanced, confident, and in control.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Have you ever felt stuck in life? Do you keep repeating the same destructive patterns that no longer serve you? Many people suffer from anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or overwhelming emotions and never receive the help to relieve their suffering. I help clients create meaningful change and understand what they are going through.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in a collaborative and practical way. Together, we look at the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and explore how certain patterns may be keeping you stuck. In our sessions, I’ll guide you through simple, structured tools—like thought records, behavioral strategies, and gradual steps toward your goals—that you can practice between sessions. Each session has a clear focus, but the pace is always tailored to your needs. My aim is to help you build skills you can take with you beyond therapy, so you feel more confident handling challenges long after our work together ends.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in building practical skills for navigating intense emotions, relationships, and everyday challenges. DBT combines acceptance and change: together, we work on understanding your experiences while also finding new strategies that help you move toward the life you want. In our sessions, I teach skills in four key areas—mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. These skills are designed to be practiced both in and out of therapy, so you can apply them in real-life situations. My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental. I aim to create a safe space where you feel supported, while also gently challenging you to try new tools and perspectives. Over time, DBT helps you feel more grounded, manage emotions effectively, and strengthen your relationships.
