Therapy is a tool for everyone to use; life can get challenging, and having someone in your corner to support you through different obstacles can be an advantage.
First session
In a first session, we will get to know each other in a natural and comfortable way. I will listen, ask questions, gather history, and ensure that the client feels comfortable continuing their treatment with me.
Strengths
I have worked with a variety of clients with various diagnoses, backgrounds, and stories, and diagnoses. I am constantly learning and growing as a therapist and I welcome honest discourse and feedback. I believe the client is their own expert and I am fortunate enough to be with them on their healing journy.
