In our sessions, I draw from positive psychology and strength-based approaches, encouraging you to connect with your values, inner guidance, and resilience. I also weave in mindfulness and spiritual practices when they feel right for you, with the goal of fostering balance, perseverance, and a deeper sense of wellbeing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Clients can expect a supportive and collaborative environment where their voice is heard and respected. My goal is to help clients build insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while also developing practical tools they can use in daily life. Together, we focus on reducing stress and anxiety, improving emotional regulation, strengthening coping skills, and fostering healthier relationships. Sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs, with an emphasis on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being open and authentic. My hope is that clients leave sessions feeling more grounded, empowered, and equipped with strategies they can put into practice right away.

Trauma Informed Care

se a trauma-informed approach that helps clients understand their emotional responses as learned survival patterns, not personal flaws. Rather than pushing people to relive painful experiences, I focus on building safety, emotional regulation, and self-compassion in the present. Together, we work to separate who you are from what you’ve been through, reduce shame, and create new ways of responding that feel more aligned and empowering. My goal is to help you feel grounded, understood, and in control of your healing process.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I use mindfulness-based therapy to help clients become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and body responses without judgment. By learning how to stay present and grounded, clients can reduce anxiety, quiet overthinking, and respond to stress with more clarity and balance. This approach is especially helpful for building emotional regulation, self-compassion, and a greater sense of control in daily life.

Strength-Based

I use a strength-based approach that focuses on your resilience, abilities, and inner resources rather than what feels “wrong.” Together, we identify what’s already working, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with confidence. This approach supports self-esteem, motivation, and lasting change by helping you recognize your own capacity to grow and heal.

Positive Psychology

I incorporate principles of positive psychology to help clients build on their strengths, increase emotional well-being, and create a more fulfilling life. Rather than focusing only on problems, we work to cultivate resilience, meaning, gratitude, and a sense of purpose. This approach supports motivation, optimism, and sustainable growth while honoring your unique values and goals.
