I use a variety of patient centered and strength-based approaches such as Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies, Motivational interviewing, Supportive psychotherapy, coping skills building and other therapeutic framework to help you achieve the desired change you are seeking.

I approach my work with care and compassion and understand that it is a privilege to be able to walk alongside someone's journey to recovery. I employ holistic methods in evaluating and treating each patient with the hope of helping them achieve long term sustained symptom relief and healing.

After the initial assessment and goal setting phase, together we will explore select evidenced based treatment protocols that would be most beneficial for you. I am trained in administering a variety of therapies including CBT, DBT, MI, STAIRS, ACT. The recovery process is approached through sustained partnership that aims to achieve symptom alleviation and an improved sense of wellness.
