LMHC, 5 years of experience
I am a psychotherapist who takes a holistic, and integrative approach, blending Mindfulness, CBT, IFS, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and solution-focused therapies. I tailor therapy to meet each person’s unique developmental and emotional needs. I provide a compassionate, safe space where clients can explore their emotions, identify behaviors and beliefs that limit their growth, release emotional blockages, and build self-compassion. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, cultivate balance, and navigate life with clarity and confidence.
In your first session, we’ll get to know you, your goals, and what brought you to therapy. You’ll experience a safe, supportive space to share at your own pace, and we’ll begin exploring patterns affecting your well-being. By the end, you’ll have a clear sense of the process and the next steps to feel supported and empowered.
I provide therapy that is personalized to each individual’s developmental stage, creating a supportive and nurturing environment where growth can flourish. My approach blends play therapy, mindfulness exercises, talk therapy, CBT, and solution-focused techniques to meet clients where they are. I aim to empower individuals to build skills, gain insight, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
As a psychotherapist specializing in treating adolescents, and adults, I am adept at addressing a wide spectrum of mental health concerns and interpersonal challenges across various developmental stages and life transitions. With children, I create a playful and supportive environment to tackle behavioral issues, anxiety, trauma, and family dynamics. Adolescents benefit from guidance in managing mood disorders, identity exploration, substance use, and family conflict, fostering self-acceptance and healthy decision-making. With adults, I provide evidence-based interventions for depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, career stress, and life transitions, promoting resilience, healing, and personal growth across the lifespan. By utilizing empathy, expertise, and commitment to tailored interventions empower clients to navigate challenges, improve their well-being, and cultivate fulfilling lives.
By incorporating minfulness-based therapy we are able to stay grounded, present, and focus on the current moment rather than rumination, past, and future orientation. That allows us to focus on the present moment to increase self awareness.
Child and parent psychotherapy to assist children in reducing their ineffective behaviors, acquiring skills to manage and adapt to the world around them.
Increasing self awareness of ineffective thought patterns, challenging the thought that will change the behavior.
By narrating stories that we have not shared since they occured, it allows for the client to create a new perspective on an old core belief/thinking pattern.
