Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

There is never any judgement from me at all. I provide a safe space to explore the challenges you are currently facing and we will work together to overcome them. We will get through this.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength is that our therapy sessions will not feel so rigid and cold. Instead, we will have conversations that are focused on solving the challenges you are facing and seeing how we can learn from the experiences you have had throughout your journey thus far in life.
