Your first session is a time for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. We’ll talk about what has been weighing on you, what you hope will change, and what support might feel most helpful right now. You don’t need to have everything figured out. This space is about exploring your thoughts and emotions at your own pace and starting to identify practical ways to feel more grounded and in control. My priority is that you leave the first session feeling supported and hopeful about taking the next step forward.

I bring compassion, warmth, and careful attention to each session. I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where you can openly share your experiences and feel truly understood. I combine empathy with practical strategies to support meaningful change, drawing from approaches that focus on understanding thoughts, emotions, and the mind-body connection. Clients often share that therapy feels collaborative and empowering, helping them build confidence, resilience, and greater self-awareness over time.

Somatic

I help clients connect with how emotions show up in the body and use techniques like grounding, breathwork, and gentle movement to release tension. This approach helps you regulate your nervous system, process emotions, and feel more at home in your body.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness helps you tune into your thoughts, emotions, and body in a gentle, non-judgmental way. I guide clients to practice being present, which can reduce stress, calm anxiety, and help you respond to life with more clarity and ease.

Faith based therapy

I integrate faith and spirituality into therapy for clients who want to explore their beliefs while addressing life challenges. Together, we draw on your faith to provide guidance, hope, and strength as you navigate anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.
