Feeling stuck, anxious, or weighed down by life’s challenges? You don’t have to face it alone. I help adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or major life changes find relief and clarity. In our sessions, you’ll have a safe, supportive space to be heard, explore what’s holding you back, and learn practical ways to feel calmer, more confident, and more like yourself.
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share what’s been on your mind in a safe, supportive space. We’ll talk about what’s been challenging, what you hope to change, and how I can best support you. You don’t have to have all the answers, this session is about understanding your unique needs, exploring your thoughts and feelings, and starting to create practical tools to help you feel more calm, confident, and in control. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported from the very first session so you can take the first step toward feeling better.
I am compassionate, approachable, and highly attentive to your needs. My greatest strengths are creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be heard and understood, combining practical tools with empathy, and helping you make meaningful changes in your life. I blend evidence-based approaches like CBT, mindfulness, somatic therapy, and motivational interviewing to help you manage anxiety, depression, and life transitions while building confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. Clients often tell me they appreciate how I meet them where they are, making therapy feel supportive, collaborative, and empowering.

I help clients connect with how emotions show up in the body and use techniques like grounding, breathwork, and gentle movement to release tension. This approach helps you regulate your nervous system, process emotions, and feel more at home in your body.
Mindfulness helps you tune into your thoughts, emotions, and body in a gentle, non-judgmental way. I guide clients to practice being present, which can reduce stress, calm anxiety, and help you respond to life with more clarity and ease.
I integrate faith and spirituality into therapy for clients who want to explore their beliefs while addressing life challenges. Together, we draw on your faith to provide guidance, hope, and strength as you navigate anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.
