I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach to therapy is grounded in Integrated Psychology, combining evidence-based practices with a culturally responsive, humanistic, feminist, and relational perspective. I believe that mental health is influenced by more than thoughts and emotions alone. Our well-being is shaped by our relationships, sense of identity, cultural experiences, values, and connection to meaningful sources of support. Therapy provides an opportunity to explore these influences while developing practical skills that foster healing, resilience, and lasting change. My work is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique experiences and goals. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns, build on existing strengths, and develop strategies that promote emotional well-being, healthier relationships, and greater self-understanding. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to live more authentic and fulfilling lives. Whether you are seeking support for personal growth, emotional healing, or navigating difficult life circumstances, I am committed to walking alongside you with empathy, respect, and evidence-based care.

I am Nicole Groves, a Licensed Professional Counselor providing direct, holistic, and trauma-informed therapy across Texas, Iowa, Louisiana, and Missouri. My practice bridges the gap between traditional mental health support and somatic healing, helping clients build resilience, regulate their nervous systems, and navigate life's challenges. Transitioning from a career as a K-12 educator into community mental health and private practice gave me a deep, firsthand understanding of chronic stress, occupational burnout, and systemic pressure. I specialize in supporting individuals in high-stakes helping professions—such as teachers, nurses, and first responders—as well as offering affirming, nonjudgmental care for the LGBTQ+, polyamorous, and kink/BDSM communities. In our sessions, I combine evidence-based behavioral methods like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT with somatic techniques and yoga-based mindfulness. My approach is entirely collaborative and tailored to your specific background and goals. Whether you are working through burnout, processing trauma, or navigating anxiety, I provide an inclusive, safe space where you can show up authentically, process the weight you carry, and create lasting personal growth.

I specialize in helping clients who are struggling with chronic illness, grief and loss related to losing someone or major life changes, caregiver fatigue, end-of-life issues and related burnout. Having personally experienced all of these things, gives me a true understanding and unique perspective while working with clients. Through past work with clients and my own personal journey with caregiving, deep grief, end-of-life issues, chronic illness and related burnout, I realized that my special talents lie in helping people who are seeking help with these things themselves. I love teaching and speaking for groups who want to learn more about all of these things. I believe in a holistic approach to living and a balanced lifestyle and look forward to helping my clients achieve their dreams. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family, being out in nature, photography, reading, learning, walking, yoga, and spending time with my cat, Carl. Hello! I am Susan. Are you feeling stuck in life and defined by past traumas or mistakes? Do you find these issues affecting your ability to establish quality relationships? Does anxiety or depression feel like a constant companion? It is my goal to meet each individual where they are at in life and learn their story so that we can address the core issues and not just treat the surface symptoms. I work from a strengths-based approach as we identify barriers to progress and create a path forward to overcome those barriers. I love to meet each new client and feel humbled to bear witness to their stories and their healing. Seeking therapy can feel so intimidating. It takes great courage to face the memories and issues you may have avoided up until now. When we meet, it will be your goals and values that guide treatment. I will allow you to set the pace so that the process feels tolerable. It is one of the greatest privileges of my life to walk with others through hard places. I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatments depending on your needs and preferences. Let healing start now.

I am a licensed clinical social worker supporting children, adults, couples, and families through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship strain, ADHD, mood disorders, and the emotional impact of chronic or complex medical issues. I offer telehealth care and am licensed in Missouri, Texas, and New Jersey. I am warm, steady, and down-to-earth. I want therapy to feel safe and collaborative, not stiff or clinical for its own sake. My work is practical and client-centered: we use what helps you most, including evidence-based therapy, family and school-based skills, 12-step support when addiction is part of the picture, and biblical counseling if that is your preference. My experience includes schools, hospitals, emergency rooms, homes, inpatient and outpatient programs, and community crisis work. I have built programs, supervised students and staff, and trained youth volunteers for a suicide hotline. Those settings showed me how quickly life can change, and how much strength people can find when they are not facing it alone. I am especially committed to clients who feel dismissed by systems—healthcare, housing, or the justice system—and I stay with the work until there is a clearer, more stable path forward.

I’m a small-town woman who has navigated life’s joys, transitions, and challenges, including divorce, raising and caring for a child with special needs, loss, love, and the unexpected turns that are part of being human. These experiences have shaped not only who I am, but also the compassion, perspective, and understanding I bring to my work as a therapist and life and wellness coach. I have a passion for connecting with real people facing real challenges. I work with individuals who are looking for more than simply a place to talk; they want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them from living the life they want. I believe meaningful change begins when we feel safe enough to be honest about where we are and hopeful enough to believe that something different is possible. My approach is warm, thoughtful, collaborative, and straightforward. I believe in meeting people where they are, without judgment, while also helping them look honestly at what may be preventing them from moving forward. Together, we can explore patterns, beliefs, relationships, and life experiences, while developing practical tools that support healthier choices, stronger boundaries, greater confidence, and lasting personal growth. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I consider it a privilege when someone chooses to share their story with me. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, understood, and supported as we work toward greater clarity and a more intentional and fulfilling life. I would welcome the opportunity to connect with you, learn about your story, and explore how I can support you in moving forward. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me traveling with my children, playing pickleball or mah-jongg, or listening to a good podcast.

I provide a supportive, structured space where we work together to understand what’s bringing you in and how to move forward. My goal is for you to feel heard, leave sessions with clarity, and begin making meaningful progress from the start. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated by patterns they haven’t been able to change on their own. They’re often looking for more than just a place to talk.My style is collaborative, client-centered, and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based, skills-focused interventions, with a strong foundation in person centered and DBT-informed strategies. Together, we’ll focus on building emotional regulation, strengthening coping skills, and creating real, sustainable behavior change. I believe everyone has the power to heal within themselves and can benefit from counseling.

Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, stress, and the complexities of relationships. I have a particular interest in supporting women’s mental health, drawing on my clinical knowledge and life experience to create a therapeutic space that is both compassionate and effective. I am a social worker with 25 years of experience supporting clients across the lifespan — from infants and their caregivers to older adults navigating later‑life challenges. My work is grounded in the belief that our thoughts are powerful drivers of our emotions and behaviors. When we learn to understand and reshape those thoughts, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible. Using Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), I help clients harness the power of their thinking to influence how they feel and act in everyday situations. Many people have been taught to “just change their behavior,” and when that doesn’t work, they blame themselves. I guide clients toward a different approach — one that starts with the mind, not with willpower. In our sessions, I use analogies, real‑life examples, and practical tools that clients can immediately apply. My goal is for every session to end with one new tool for their toolbox, something concrete they can practice between sessions. And while the work is meaningful, I believe it can also be engaging — even fun — as clients begin to see themselves and the world through a new, more empowering lens.

You've built the career✔️ You've shown up for your family✔️ You've handled all the responsibilities, solved the problems, and kept moving forward even when things got heavy✔️ From the outside, it looks like you have it all together; but lately, something feels off. You feel stuck. Maybe your relationship isn't where you want it to be. Maybe anxiety has become YOUR constant companion. You may be navigating a divorce/breakup, a career change, or simply wondering how you got so far from the person you used to be. The one thing you have the most clarity on is that you've spent years taking care of everyone else, so you know you're capable and resilient. But you also know, you don't want to keep living like 'this.' I help high-achieving adults navigate relationship challenges, anxiety, and life transitions so they can reconnect with who they are, communicate more effectively, and move forward in life with more confidence.

It isn't working. I'm Bryan Barry, a licensed clinical social worker with 25 years of experience. Hi, I’m Tara. I’m a professional counselor with 19 years of experience helping children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. I became a therapist because I’ve always had a heart for helping people feel seen, heard, understood, and supported—especially during seasons when life feels overwhelming, relationships feel difficult, or you simply aren’t sure what comes next. My approach to therapy is warm, genuine, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I want therapy to feel like a safe place where you can show up as you are without fear of judgment. You don’t need to have the perfect words or know exactly where to begin. We’ll start where you are and figure out the next steps together. I work with clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship and family difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, parenting challenges, and communication struggles. I use an individualized approach that may incorporate CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and client-centered therapy. I am also a Registered Play Therapist, and working with children and families is an important part of my practice. I use play and developmentally appropriate approaches to help children express emotions, develop coping skills, and work through experiences in ways that feel natural to them. One phrase that guides much of my work is “Awareness creates choice.” When we begin to understand ourselves, our patterns, and our experiences differently, we create opportunities to make different choices. My goal is for you to leave therapy not only feeling better, but also understanding yourself better and feeling more confident navigating whatever comes next.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples. My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy. I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility. You are overwhelmed, overthinking everything, and overfunctioning just to keep things afloat. You are the one everyone relies on, but you are exhausted. You have gotten used to carrying everything for everyone, and if we are being honest, it is costing you your peace, your energy, and often yourself. If this sounds familiar, it is because I hear it all the time. It reflects the lived experiences of most of the clients I work with. In our sessions, we won't just talk about what is happening. We'll get honest about what's driving it and we work to change it. I help people who feel overwhelmed by anger, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, shame, grief, or difficult seasons of life. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they do not like: saying things they regret, replaying conversations, avoiding people, feeling like they are failing, or carrying pain that they have tried hard to keep hidden. Before opening my private practice, I founded Coyote Hill and spent more than 33 years working with foster children, families, and people in crisis. That experience shaped the way I work now: calm, practical, honest, and compassionate. I do not believe therapy should feel mysterious or judgmental. My goal is to help you understand what is happening, why it keeps happening, and what you can begin doing differently. One line that has stayed with me is, “We are all just walking each other home.” To me, that is part of what therapy can be: a steady place where you do not have to carry everything alone, and where we move toward clarity, healing, and the next right step. We cannot change the past, but we can work on how you respond in the present and how you move forward with more steadiness, self-respect, and hope.

After 10 years as a school social worker in St. Louis, I know what it looks like when people are overwhelmed, and what it actually takes to move through it. Today I work with adults navigating similar territory: the pressure that builds quietly, the transitions that feel harder than expected, the moments in relationships that leave you stuck. My focus is on making therapy practical, grounded, and worth your time.

I’m Daniel DaSilva, a licensed therapist with over 13 years of experience helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I work with people who may feel overwhelmed by their emotions, caught in recurring patterns, or aware that something needs to change but unsure where to begin. My style is warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth. You can be comfortable being yourself, including the parts of your experience that are difficult to explain or share. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I bring an appreciation for how our backgrounds, relationships, and life experiences shape the way we see ourselves and the world. Together, we’ll explore the emotions, beliefs, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. This can mean processing painful experiences, learning to respond differently to difficult emotions, or understanding why certain situations bring up strong feelings and unwanted behaviors. We’ll work at a pace that respects your readiness while taking practical steps toward change. My approach combines evidence-based therapy and deeper emotional exploration. My goal is to help you loosen the hold of past experiences, navigate difficult emotions with greater confidence, and feel more connected to yourself and others.

Welcome — this is a space where you can be honest, seen, and understood. I’m Shakea “Kea” Roper, LCSW, and I bring 17 years of clinical and social work experience to our therapeutic partnership. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by cycles that just won’t shift — I see you. My style is active, grounded, and rooted in both compassion and challenge. Many clients say: “Kea listens like no one else — and she’s not afraid to stretch me when I need it.” I integrate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, Brief Therapy) along with more specialized models: Making Sense of Your Worth (MSoYW): an 8-week group curriculum developed by HALO Project where we explore and heal the internal “lies” we believe about ourselves, rebuild toward positive self-worth and secure attachment. Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT): a structured, cognitive-behavioral system where we work through step-by-step exercises to enhance reasoning, decision-making, and a healthier identity (beyond self-destructive or impulsive patterns). I also actively engage in community work, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate (which continues to deepen my perspective and rigor). Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me at board game night, crafting, or spending time with family. It’s an honor to walk alongside you. Nelson Mandela said, “Everything seems impossible until it’s done.” Let’s work together toward the possible. I’m currently accepting clients in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Kansas, Utah, North Dakota, and Nevada.

Because sleep quality is critical to physical and mental health I am passionate about helping people get good sleep. I received my PhD from Duke University and have been a practicing psychologist for several decades. I work primarily with behavioral sleep medicine because sleep problems are so widespread, and there are not enough specialists to meet the need. I have published several articles and a book on sleep and am the director of the insomnia course for the World Sleep Academy, as well as a member of the Outreach and Public Education Committee, Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. I continue working with people with anxiety, depression, and couples issues on a limited basis. The methods I use are evidence-based and trauma-informed. I am also an ordained member of the clergy (rabbi) and consider one's spirituality an important part of treatment for many, though not all, people. I’ve practiced telehealth exclusively since early 2020. Most people appreciate working this way because of convenience. Therapy is not adversely affected, and I am even able to do hypnotherapy via telehealth.

From the outside, it may look like you’re managing life well...showing up for work, relationships, and responsibilities while quietly carrying stress, anxiety, overthinking, or emotional exhaustion underneath it all. Maybe your mind never fully slows down, you feel disconnected from yourself, or you keep finding yourself stuck in the same painful patterns no matter how hard you try to change them alone. The truth is that healing does not happen in isolation. We are not meant to carry everything by ourselves. Real change happens when you have a space where you can feel emotionally safe, understood, and supported without judgment. That's where I come in. I’m a trauma-informed psychotherapist (LPC) and the founder of Profound Minds Psychological Services. I help individuals move beyond survival mode, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin creating sustainable, transformative, long-lasting emotional and mental healing. My role is to help you make sense of what is happening beneath the surface and begin creating change that actually lasts. Many of the individuals I work with are capable, reflective, and self-aware, yet frustrated that insight alone has not been enough. In our work, we go beyond symptoms and begin identifying the emotional and relational patterns driving them. From there, we work to shift those patterns in a structured, realistic, and sustainable way. This is a space where you do not need to hold everything together or have the right words. You can show up as you are, and we will begin from there.

Hi, I'm Jonni Allen, from Houston, Texas, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and an Advanced Mediator. I received my masters degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and my law degree from Washburn University in Topeka, KS. I started Pink Rose Therapy to help women reach their full potential. Through empowerment, support, and emotional development I have seen women achieve greater success in their career, higher reports of satisfaction and enjoyment from their interpersonal relationships and a genuine calm and peacefulness when enjoying their down time, allowing more time to spend on hobbies, side hustles, or causes with greater vigor and passion. I approach individual therapy as a partnership, where you and I both work on your treatment plan goals and checking in with how effective our work together is going. Each person is unique and has specific needs. Typically, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to challenge your current assumptions about your situation. I specialize in people experiencing anxiety, adjustment concerns around life transitions, and personality disorders. I am trauma informed and can help you realize how past traumas are impacting your mental health today, and strategies to cope better and calm the mind and body. I am a single mom to three children one adult, and two elementary age.
