New to Grow
Hi, I’m Haley Bichsel, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years of experience in case management, inpatient psychiatric care, crisis intervention, and therapy. I am passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are and walking alongside them as they navigate their journey toward healing. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, focusing on helping you build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to support you in healing, growing, and truly thriving—not just for today, but for the life you are building moving forward. You don’t have to go through this alone.
The first session focuses on getting to know one another, building a strong therapeutic connection, and identifying your goals so we can begin working together toward meaningful progress.
I bring a warm, genuine, and compassionate approach to my work and am deeply passionate about supporting others. I strive to collaborate with clients, working alongside them to provide guidance and support throughout their journey.
I am passionate about working with young adults facing life transitions, supporting individuals and families through conflict, and helping school-aged children thrive. I also work with clients experiencing anxiety and depression, providing a supportive space for growth and healing. Each person experiences something daily and it’s my passion to help walk that path with you and provide support during this season.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
Utilize SFBT to help clients focus on what’s working, rather than digging deeply into problems. In session, it’s less about analyzing the past and more about building solutions for the future.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
“I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients explore the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and how these patterns influence their overall well-being.”
