Hello! I’m Jessica, a licensed therapist! I have been in the behavioral health field since 2011 and have been licensed as a therapist since 2015. I have extensive experience in treating trauma, co-occurring disorders, as well as, various mental health and substance use disorders. I’m trained in EMDR which is a specialized approach to address trauma. I believe in a very person center approach, meaning you’re in the drivers seat and I’m the passenger helping guide you. I will meet you where your at and assist in being very goal oriented and structured in the approach. I value giving and receiving feedback to ensure the therapeutic relationship is strong!
My focus will be on making the experience the best it can be for you You can expect to leave each session knowing exactly where you’re at on your journey.

First session
In our first session, we will work to make sure I am a match for you! We will do an intake assessment to gather background and historical information. I will provide any background or summary information you would like and provide a verbal summary of my practices, how I operate, treatment modalities and more!
Strengths
My greatest strength is working as a partnership with my client. I wont tell you what you should or shouldn’t do. I wont Ever make you feel less than or like your goals aren’t obtainable. My focus will be on making the experience the best it can be for you
