Welcome, I’m Victoria. My main focus is on supporting individuals to navigate through life’s challenges with compassion, understanding and support. I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, codependency, life transitions, and more. Together, we’ll look at the coping strategies you’ve used in the past, the support systems you have, and the goals you’d like to work toward. From there, we’ll collaborate on identifying the best path forward to support your growth and well-being.
