In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin laying the foundation for our work together. I’ll ask some questions about your background, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we’ll start clarifying your goals and identifying what’s most important to focus on. You’ll also get a sense of my style warm, empathetic, and solution-focused, with direct feedback when it’s helpful. By the end of the session, my hope is that you feel supported, understood, and more confident about the path forward.

My therapeutic approach incorporates strength-based, solution-focused, and supportive techniques. I initially focus on stabilizing clients, identifying their strengths to enhance confidence, and then implement solution-focused strategies to facilitate forward movement.
