Hello, I go by Jah, I’m passionate about helping people find hope, healing, and strength through life’s most challenging moments. In my work, I support clients experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply compassionate — grounded in evidence-based therapies that help you reconnect with your confidence and inner calm.
