I am a licensed counselor in Missouri with over 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. The fact that she’s an African American woman, I knew she would be able to relate and understand from experience what I’m going through and how I’m feeling. Almost felt as if I was speaking to a family member and she listened.

Melissa made me feel really comfortable and I enjoyed her warm personality it almost felt like I've met her before. It was very nice. I didn't feel rushed or like she was reading from a script.
