New to Grow
I'm a board-certified therapist providing telehealth services to clients in Missouri and Oklahoma. I work with teens, adults, high-achieving professionals, creatives, and caregivers navigating burnout, identity transitions, spiritual questions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is grounded in cultural humility and evidence-based practices, and I welcome the integration of spirituality when it’s meaningful to you. I’m also EMDR-certified, which allows me to support clients in processing trauma and shifting long-held emotional patterns in a deeper, more embodied way. With over a decade of experience, I offer a space that is both grounding and growth oriented.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
You’ll leave each session with more clarity, emotional support, and actionable strategies. My goal is to help you build an internal toolkit that supports emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being so you can move through life with more confidence, connection, and purpose.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I aim to create an emotionally safe environment where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to take meaningful steps forward. I draw from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and lifestyle coaching to help you reconnect with your values, build resilience, and create lasting change. Whether you're seeking clarity, in crisis, or ready to grow, I tailor our work to match your pace and goals.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
Having worked extensively with children, families, and caregivers, I bring a nuanced understanding of how identity, relationships, and life transitions shape our emotional landscape. If you're navigating caregiving, early adulthood, or simply trying to stay afloat in a demanding season of life, I’ll help you develop tools to stay grounded and aligned with your authentic self.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I work with CBT principles by helping people identify unhelpful thought patterns, understand how those thoughts affect emotions and behavior, and then practice more balanced, realistic alternatives. I use structured tools like thought records, behavioral experiments, and skills practice so insights turn into concrete, everyday change.
EMDR
I have formal training and hands-on experience using EMDR to help clients process traumatic and distressing memories that continue to impact their present functioning. In my practice, I use EMDR in a structured, client-centered way—focusing on stabilization, resourcing, and reprocessing—to support lasting emotional regulation and adaptive change.
Strength-Based
I use a strength-based approach by intentionally identifying and building on clients’ existing skills, resilience, and personal resources rather than focusing solely on problems or deficits. In my practice, this means collaborating with clients to amplify what’s already working, foster self-efficacy, and apply their strengths toward meaningful goals and sustainable change.
