New to Grow
As we work together, you will feel seen and supported through encouragement, validation, and understanding. You should start to feel lighter and more in control pretty quickly—you are no longer alone with what makes you sad, frustrated, insecure, or scared. You won't have to remind me of your past sessions. I have an eclectic, humanistic approach, which means you are an incredible human who matters. I personalize the style of therapy to you and your situation, pulling from different perspectives and modalities designed to meet your needs best. I welcome your feedback as we build a partnership for growth and healing.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
We are going to get to know each other a bit. We are not going to rush your process. You are going to feel supported, healthier for getting out what you have been holding in and you should feel encouraged after the session. I am excited to meet you and show up in a meaningful way in your life. Feel free to text or ask any questions.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I am the therapist who will get to the root of what is going on for you. We will work together to identify what is working, what is not, and what you want to work on. I am warm, honest, and do not believe in wasting your time. I am strong in interpersonal dynamics, pattern recognition, and empathy. I now believe that my neurodivergence is a gift for me as a therapist. I rarely forget details, and I'm always prepared to offer you the best session.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am warm, nurturing, and direct. I will show up openly for you to feel comfortable doing the same. Authenticity is always encouraged. I will gently and kindly say the quiet parts out loud in a safe environment. I want you to leave every session feeling stronger and more in control of your life. I primarily work with people navigating neurodivergence and those who have given much but can no longer find their identity. The most common themes include low self-worth, people pleasing, conflict avoidance, feeling less than, or wondering why the pieces of life aren't clicking. Let's reframe regrets into opportunities to grow.
