In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll explore your story, challenges, and therapy goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll focus on building trust and safety, identifying your needs, and discussing the therapy methods that may work best for you. You’ll leave with a better understanding of how we’ll work together and your next steps.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths lie in blending EMDR, mindfulness, CBT, and trauma-informed care to create a supportive, empowering, and client-centered space. I focus on making therapy approachable, practical, and effective, especially for clients from diverse backgrounds. My experience working with anxiety, depression, and trauma allows me to offer tailored strategies that promote deep healing and personal growth

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best suited for women and children navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma who are ready to reclaim their peace and emotional strength. My clients often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected but are motivated to heal and grow. They desire a compassionate, supportive space to process life experiences and develop effective coping tools for lasting transformation.

My treatment methods

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I integrate mindfulness therapy by teaching clients grounding and breathing techniques to help them become more present, manage stress, and regulate their emotions.

EMDR

I also utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process and heal from traumatic memories by reducing the emotional charge connected to those experiences.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify, challenge, and reframe unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, promoting healthier coping skills and emotional well-being.

Trauma Informed Care

My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, meaning I prioritize safety, empowerment, and trust, always working at the client's pace while being sensitive to the effects of trauma on the mind and body. Together, these methods support lasting emotional healing and personal growth.
