I seek to facilitate change by entering the client’s psychological world, utilizing a phenomenological lens; this allows me to focus on the lived experiences of each individual and the personal meaning behind their circumstances past, present, and future to determine the most effective therapeutic interventions. My holistic approach to psychotherapy focuses on the overall relationship between mind, body & spirit. I have experience in helping clients with LGBTQ+ related issues, relationship issues, life transitions, family conflicts, coping with grief, coping with loss, motivation, and self esteem. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working in South Florida for the past eight years. I graduated with a Masters in Psychology from Florida International University. I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children. I have worked with clients to help alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, ADHD, and interpersonal conflicts. I pride myself on working at the client's pace in order to help them feel safe but more importantly, so that they feel that their voice matters. I am fluent in both English and Spanish.
