I certainly believe that the effectiveness of therapy (regardless of the modality that is implemented,) depends on the empathy and rapport that is established with the client in the first session. During the first session we will explore the client's treatment expectations and will stablish the treatment goals.

Dainerys has an open-minded technique to our sessions. I find her to be listening with an open ear and sharing her knowledge and intuition which I appreciate. I believe she truly cares about the individual and speaking from a place of compassion without judgement. I look forward to our conversations and receiving a perspective that brings light to my life.
