I’m a bilingual licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood-related concerns, grief/loss, overwhelming life stress, among others. In addition, I work regularly with Spanish-speaking populations. Many of the individuals I work with appear to be functioning on the outside, yet internally feel exhausted, stuck, or weighed down by emotions they’ve been carrying for a long time. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can make sense of what you’re experiencing, develop effective coping skills, and move toward meaningful changes that improve daily functioning, relationships, and overall well-being. Therapy is collaborative, paced to your needs, and focused on lasting growth. My goal is to help you feel more confident navigating challenges and more connected to yourself again.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a relaxed, supportive conversation designed to get to know each other and understand what brought you to therapy. We’ll explore the challenges you’ve been facing and what you hope might change. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences and begin identifying meaningful, realistic goals. Most clients leave the first session feeling clearer, supported, and reassured about the process. We’ll also discuss next steps and how therapy can best support you moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and respected. I attend to both emotional experiences and practical challenges, helping clients gain insight and develop tools they can use in daily life. My work supports clients in feeling more regulated, empowered, and capable of managing life’s demands with confidence, resilience, and self-compassion.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adults who often feel drained by anxiety, low mood, or overwhelming stress, especially when it interferes with daily life and relationships. You may feel stuck, frustrated by patterns you can’t seem to break, and ready to find a calmer, more balanced way of living. Even if you don’t have the words to fully explain what you’re experiencing, you may know that life shouldn’t feel this heavy and hope for meaningful change. My ideal clients are motivated to reflect, grow, and invest in themselves, even if taking the first step toward therapy feels uncertain. If you’re seeking a supportive, thoughtful approach where you feel heard, understood, and guided toward lasting progress, we may be a good match.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, stress-related concerns, and health-related conditions. I use CBT to help individuals identify and modify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, develop effective coping strategies, and improve emotional regulation. I integrate CBT techniques and tailor interventions to each individual’s goals and clinical needs.
