In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session together will be your intake. We will go over basic information from demographic information to psychiatric and medical, as well as family history. We'll wrap the session by discussing your goals for treatment and coming up with mutual ones.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I use a mix of CBT, DBT techniques, and Solution Focused Therapy. We'll target root causes to what's happening to help you understand yourself better, gain a better perspective, and move forward confidently.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My background specializes in suicide prevention and intervention, Anxiety Disorder, Depression, Schizophrenia, and PTSD. While I am open to working with most all disorders, I do not treat Eating Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, nor OCD.
