I have ten years of experience as a mental health professional working with individuals trying to overcome severe trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, eating disorders, and self-harm/suicidal ideation. Additionally, I have extensive training in comprehensive dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), EMDR, and exposure/response prevention. I really enjoy working with kids and teens, but also working with new parents to navigate life's changes and the unique stressors associated with parenthood!
