With experience in anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and mood-related concerns, I tailor my approach to each individual’s needs. Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my family, attending church, traveling, listening to gospel music, cooking, and reading. I would have chosen all of the choices on Miss Kadeisha's therapy style as well as compassionate and non-judgmental. Our sessions are a safe place to be completely honest and open; she helps me find the tools to use for situations discussed in our sessions. She gives me clarity if I don't understand something, and helps with practical solutions, Her Spirituality is the icing on the cake! It is an area that we can both identify with. I always leave refreshed and with a new mindset.

I have also used CBT to focus on recognizing and challenging negative thought patterns, such as cognitive distortions.
