Hi and welcome! I'm Linda. Are you feeling stressed and overwhelmed? Maybe just need someone to talk to? I provide a warm and gentle approach to counseling. I like to provide my clients with dignity and respect in a safe environment. I provide a supportive solution-focused approach to therapy with whatever is on your mind. I would feel honored if you gave me the opportunity to get to know you to develop a working relationship so that you can work through your anxiety, depression, or any other type of struggle.
In our first session, we’ll start with a brief introduction, chat a bit to get to know each other, and then dive right into your specific challenges. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I use multiple approaches in therapy to meet your needs. Examples are Solutions-Focused, Motivational, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Anger Management, Supportive, Trauma-informed Care, Family Systems, and many other therapies that fit your particular needs.
My biggest strengths are meeting my clients where they are, in a safe, non-judgmental environment, and providing support, and encouragement to accomplish their goals.
