I am Craig Lampkin and a Native New Yorker. I became a Marriage and Family Therapist because I enjoy processing with individuals and listening to personal journeys, ultimately finding a resolution. I went to a Performing Arts High School in New York City. This experience empowered me to have a unique therapeutic approach. By providing therapy through visual cues and using various therapeutic methods and modalities, individuals can learn new coping, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. I received my BA from Binghamton University in Psychology and MS from Florida State University in Child, Family, and Consumer Sciences, emphasizing Family Relations. I am a Florida Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am the owner of Rothschild Counseling and Consulting, LLC in Tallahassee, Florida. With over 30 years of experience working with children and families. My scope of practice in Marriage and Family Counseling, Domestic Violence and Batterer's Intervention, Child Welfare, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Parenting, Anger Management, Child Development, Individual and Group Counseling. I enjoy going to the gym, movies, socializing with friends/family, and singing in my free time. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I find this a unique challenge for couples and families. When two individuals enter a union, they bring a new relationship between their childhood experience and family life experiences. Marriage and Family Therapy's clinical journey brings together the unique qualities, challenges, and building a new foundation to create a new life together. I specialize in working with children and families in child welfare. I particularly enjoy working with young children and teens since these are some of the most challenging developmental years. Often, clients in this age group experience trauma and distress from systemic and familial patterns of behavior. Parenting is also a challenge. With all the daily stressors parents have in today's fast-paced life resulting In low parental capacities and protective factors. Working in trauma is challenging; when individuals experiencing domestic violence are batterers with low insight into their abuse, substance use has difficulty caring for themselves and others. I've worked with Human Trafficking victims and the LGBTQAI+ community. When individuals' basic needs, shelter, food, and clothing and not met, it's challenging to focus on their mental health challenges. Adolescents are a period of life with specific health and developmental needs and rights. It is also a time to develop knowledge and skills, learn to manage emotions and relationships, acquire attributes and abilities, and transition into adulthood. These are the years that mold our young population to blaze new trails and hand the torch to further our communities. I enjoy working with an individual with Developmental Disabilities. This unique population has an increase in resilience as they learn to understand the environment. I want to process with individuals through rehabilitation supports to ameliorate behavioral challenges. Collaboration with social and paid supports is pinnacle in this population's well-being to ensure stability while increasing coping, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. PLEASE NOTE: TO ENSURE APPOINTMENTS ARE STREAMLINED AND EASY TO MANAGE MY SCHEDULE, ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE ON THE HOUR. PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT THE DAY AND TIME THAT YOU PICK FOR YOUR INTAKE WILL BE THE SAME DAY AND TIME FOR CONCURRENT THERAPY. IF ANY OTHER TIME SCHEDULED THE SESSION WILL BE CANCELLED. PLEASE TEXT ME FOR CLARIFICATION OR WE CAN DISCUSS THIS DURING THE FIRST SESSION.

Hi everyone! I'm Josh. Do you struggle with social anxiety and poor self-confidence? I know that overcoming it is possible! Many come to therapy because of childhood trauma and how it has manifested in their adult lives. Often this manifests in feelings of poor self-confidence, self-worth, and social anxiety. At its root, the fundamental belief of those who have social anxiety is the belief, “I am not enough.” Clients get into the habit of comparing themselves to others and it makes them feel inadequate and insecure. Over time clients begin to avoid situations that elicit their anxiety, particularly social situations. This can lead to social isolation and loneliness. Clients will present with complaints of frequent panic attacks, not having a romantic partner, not having friends, not being happy in their jobs and feeling disconnected from life. They are labeled by others as shy, quiet, or introverted. This scenario described myself for much of my life which gives me lived experience to better able to assist you. I help individuals combat their social fears and begin to live a rich and fulfulling life. I do this through cognitive behavioral therapy techniques primarily but also integrate solution-focused therapy, assertiveness training, exposure therapy, and acceptance & commitment therapy. Whether you're a teen struggling to make friends and socialize or you are an adult unable to speak up at work meetings or unable to ask someone out on a date, I'm here for you! Seeking therapy can be frightening but I want to assure you that you will be most welcome if you take that leap of faith!

There are so many messages that you’ve probably lived with growing up that don’t work for you anymore. Messages that make it hard to be present, to get things done, or make you feel like you're in "survival mode". Maybe you’re expected to move on from some hard times – or hard losses. Or maybe you’ve always had to be the “Perfect One”, the “Black Sheep” or the “Silent One” in your family. But there’s so much more to you than your struggles or the labels that have been placed on you. You don't have to live life feeling overwhelmed with negative thoughts, numbness, or expectations every day. You deserve to live authentically. You should speak to a counselor who recognizes that there is tremendous beauty to the person you are already. Your blood is of rich ancestry, heritage, triumphs and identity. I already know you have all the tools you need to live more mindfully. Every now and then we may all just need the support to see it. Let's talk!

Thank you for considering me for your personal mental health therapist and emotions coach. The last few years have been traumatic, distressing, and challenging in ways that have caused us to adjust our traditional views of the world or revise how we will continue to survive within it. Many have chosen to grasp tightly onto their conventional beliefs in search of comfort in what they find to be familiar. We have been impacted by trauma in one way or another but not all of us have the recourse to fall back on our inner strengths and continue with our capacity to be resilient. We get trapped in feelings of hopelessness and fatigue. We need someone to guide us and bring us back out from the darkness, back into the light. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who has over 15 years of experience with counseling and 20 years of experience serving families. My treatment philosophy is to utilize psychotherapy and clinical social work theories in a strength-based model to optimize coping skills and tools needed for your well-being. This is done through our building of trust, a good rapport, and growing a secure and confidential dyad supported by feelings of empathy, respect, and validation without furthering any pity or blame, you may have experienced in the past. My practice skills and interventions are best implemented through the use of Motivational Interviewing, Life Coaching Skills, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy within a transformational change model.

If you have experienced trauma, you may find it very difficult to trust new people. And many people who have trauma may also have fears about feeling judged, or rejected. It can even feel hard to trust your own mind. I'll work to create an emotionally safe place for you to tackle the things you feel are getting in the way of being able to live a fulfilling life, and to get the help that you need. Helping people to get better is a big part of my life. I want everyone who sits across from me to feel accepted, included and unjudged. I try my best to approach life with empathy and humor. Hi. Welcome to my page. I am Oswaldo Castro but prefer to be called Oz. I am licensed mental health therapist with a plethora of experience. I first start my journey working in neurofeedback which has allowed me to work with a diverse population from children to seniors with issues with ADHD, autism, sleep disorder, anxiety disorders, depressed mood and a plethora of other neurodivergent individuals for about 7 years. My journey continues to working at a drug rehab facility where I worked with individuals with substance use disorder for about 5 years. My life then continues to work at a survivor's center where I worked with victims of domestic violence, violent crimes and grief for about 2 years. I also gained experience with the LGBTQIA+ population where I worked closely and ran groups with individuals of the trans experience. Moving forward, I have worked with suicidal children and adolescents that have been under a Baker Act which has given me experience in with family systems for about 4 years. If you like what you can read so far, reach out to me and schedule a session. Hope to hear from you so we can start working on those goals that you may have for yourself.

Thank you for taking the first step of courage and making yourself a priority today. Opening yourself up and being vulnerable can be a tremendous step to your healing process. As Brene Brown says, “Vulnerability is not winning or losing, it’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome.” You are showing up for yourself today! Although the first steps can be overwhelming, I can walk with you and help guide you on the journey of healing and peace. I will always provide a safe space of acceptance and non-judgement for you to share your emotional pain, grow to love and be kind to yourself, and find the peace you deserve to heal. Remember that you are worthy and deserving of being free of the emotional pain you are experiencing. Be kind to yourself. **If you are viewing my profile for your child (3-17 years of age), I provide a calming and accepting space to assist with regulating your child's emotions. If your child is experiencing symptoms of anxiety, ADHD or difficulty focusing due to inattention or hyperactivity, or maybe your child is lacking motivation and seems more irritable and angrier than usual, I will teach your child the tools and strategies they need to cope with their challenges. Together, we can help your child feel happy again. Please view my website at worthytherapyservices.org

My name is Shavone Marie Williams-Moss, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I entered the field of social work largely because of my family background; I was raised by a single father while my mother struggled with substance abuse and mental health issues and could not perform her role as a parent. One day as an adult in my 20's, I saw my mother sitting on a bench on the main street in Kentucky. I welcomed her into my home only to discover she not only suffered from homelessness but bipolar disorder, major depression, and substance abuse. My mother lived with me for a year, after which she passed away. This situation made me wonder, what if, in her younger years, she would have met someone who was supportive, understanding, kind, selfless, and invested in helping her be the best version of her, she could be. It was then that I decided to enter the Social Work Field. I wanted to provide help to those who could not help themselves and aid to those in need.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Provider/ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Florida. I graduated with a Master in Clinical Social Work (MSW) from Florida Gulf Coast University. Before my studies at FGCU, I was in the rental business and felt that I was in my calling when I did volunteer work helping people in the US and abroad. After much thought and consulting with family and friends, I decided I wanted to work more hands on helping hurting people through counseling. My philosophy is ultimately to make a difference in the world by helping hurting people.
