I feel that it is important to have your voice heard and I am here to provide a safe space just for that. I have worked as a therapist for the past 15 years with individuals and families. My goal is to help you reach for personal therapy goals.
During our first session, we will have brief introductions, explore reasons for seeking therapy, share brief history, establish treatment goals and review expectations.
I primarily work with individuals who experience feelings of sadness, anxiety and history of traumatic experiences as well as periods of adjustment.
I currently provide individual services to children, adolescents and adults.
Learn healthy ways of coping with learn mindfulness techniques, learn ways to tolerate stress, regulate emotions and advocate for needs and want while setting boundaries.
I will assess for appropriate ways to treat trauma symptoms and reprocess experiences.
