Hello, I’m Sandra West, bilingual in English/Spanish. I'm a mental health clinician in Florida. I received my master’s degree from Washburn University in KS. I have been working in this field over 10 years, providing counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. I have experience with multicultural issues, domestic violence, trauma, and divorce. I am here to empower you, provide a safe space for self-exploration, and help you identify your strengths, weaknesses, and goals, thereby fostering personal growth.
The first session focuses on building rapport and establishing a trusting relationship while providing information about the therapeutic process. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can express and explore their thoughts and feelings and make positive changes toward a more fulfilling life.
