In my 12 years of experience, I have worked with individuals who are feeling emotionally stuck due to sadness, irritability, relationship-issues, anger, financial-loss, unresolved-trauma, loss of a loved one and/or anxiety. This may lead to a whirl-wind of emotional-instability that feels chaotic and uncontrollable. But know that you are not alone and there is hope. I will provide you with treatment focused on using evidence-based-practices such as Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Based Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy. I will engage you in creating a treatment plan that works for you! I will assist you in identifying your interest of focus (personal issues) and empower you to process and reach your goals and achieve emotional stability in therapy.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions then we dive into specific challenges you are experiencing. This will help me create a tailored treatment plan for us to work through in follow- up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with anxiety and depression for the past 13 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you identify the root cause of your challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable success.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have been using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice for the past 3 years, to treat individuals who present with anxiety, PTSD, depression, anger, bipolar and ADHD. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

In my private practice, the use of Mindfulness-Based Therapy is integral to the client's success in therapy. The approach assists in nonjudgmental understanding of the mind-body connection while keeping emotional equilibrium.
