Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a hispanic woman, I understand issues with cultural conflicts and issues that arise due to feeling unaccepted in certain environments. I completed my Masters in Social Work (MSW) at Boston College, my personal and professional experiences help me provide guidance and support that offers a safe space for clients to feel heard.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with individuals that are seeking to be challenged and shifting perspectives to see a different view point. I believe an ideal client is someone open to be honest about their struggles, and looking for solutions to remedy current or past stressors.

First time ever doing therapy. Crystal was honest and very down to earth. Everything she stated and suggested was realistic. I look forward to continuing to work with her through my healing journey.

Crystal was a compassionate listener and developed quick understanding of my circumstances. She offered many different perspectives which I would not have developed alone. I appreciate that she was very straightforward because it helped me challenge patterns of thought that I had been stuck with for a long time.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past 4 years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
