My therapeutic style is straightforward, and I invite open communication about clients’ experiences in therapy throughout the process. People would likely describe me as direct and straight to the point. Most often I practice through the lenses of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, and existential theory.
How I help clients reach goals:
I believe clients have the capacity to develop their own solutions and that, through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, meaningful movement toward a desired quality of life is possible. I hope that by working together, we can organize and achieve your goals, whatever they may be. If you're unsure of what direction you want to head, we can work on that together, too.
My journey to becoming a provider:
I am a prior service turned mental health professional. I served in the U.S. Army as a combat medic from 2009 to 2012, with one deployment to Iraq. After my service, I switched over to mental health, starting with working in an inpatient mental health facility. I have since worked at a substance use clinic, a private practice, a team practice, and taught psychoeducational classes alongside DHS. I hold two master’s degrees, in addition to a bachelor’s and an associate's degree. I bring specialized knowledge and clinical focus in trauma, sexual concerns, and disordered eating.
I am human first, and because of that, I can often relate to the challenges others face. I take pride in helping people navigate difficult moments, gain clarity, and build confidence in themselves and their lives. I believe everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and strive for their best—even during times of uncertainty or transition. My role is to walk alongside you, offer support and perspective, and help you get there at a pace that feels right for you.
You have the wisdom and power to bring change and peace into your life, and I am here to help you find your strengths and reclaim your power. Using a client-centered, straight-forward and empathetic approach, I can help you confront and integrate painful experiences so you can move forward as the hero in your own story, healing the root along with the symptom and taking all aspects of life and the environment into consideration. Together, we will build your self-worth and find confidence within your Self as you navigate life and all of its complex transitions. Specializing in complex trauma and the abandonment wound as both a personal survivor and clinical professional, I have over a decade of experience providing trauma-informed educational services, mental/emotional health therapy, and grief counseling to all age groups from elementary-aged children to elders transitioning into death. Services I provide include: strengths-based talk therapy, art/creative therapy, psychoeducation/coping skills, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Depth/Jungian psychotherapy, and shadow work.

Hi, I'm Quinn! If you're feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or alone... I see you. Most of us are these days. Seeking help is hard and incredibly brave. I've never lost appreciation for the vulnerability and trust it takes to reach out for help. Life can be so hard sometimes, but you don't have to go through it alone.
Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or just want to get back to feeling like yourself again, I can help. If trauma, loss, or illness have brought you here for support, I am highly experienced in those areas as well.
For the past ten years, I have worked as an embedded consultant and individual therapist for military special operation forces. In this role, my focus has been on PTSD/combat stress, work-life balance, and stress reduction with a mostly male population. If you're looking for a no bs, candid, and down to earth therapist, it's me you're looking for.
Hi, I’m a therapist who works with teens, young adults, and even connect well with adults who are feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. My clients are often deep thinkers and feelers who care a lot but sometimes struggle to show care toward themselves. Many are navigating transitions, healing from the past, or trying to figure out who they really are.
In therapy with me, you can expect a warm, down-to-earth space where you don’t have to pretend or have it all together. I bring humor, compassion, and curiosity to our work together and a deep respect for your lived experience. Whether you're untangling old patterns, building healthier relationships, or learning to trust yourself again, I’m here to help you reconnect with your strength and your story. Therapy isn’t about fixing you, it’s about helping you feel more like you. And I’d be honored to be part of that process.

Hello, I’m Whitnee Willrich, a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are without fear of judgment.
In our work together, I focus on helping clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and build stronger relationships. Hi! I am so happy that you have made the decision to take this time for yourself and your needs. I'm Caitlin, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Colorado and Florida. I began my practice career as a crisis clinician in Emergency Services serving populations from children & adolescents to the geriatric community; since then, I have moved on to private practice working with clients in Virginia, Florida, Missouri, and am currently living and practicing in Colorado!
Things that fill my cup: hiking with my family, running, staying strong, my two unofficial therapy dogs (who will often make appearances in session), reading, coloring, and visiting a different playground every weekend trying to please a toddler.
I am passionate and supportive of equality in human rights and resources, diversity, acceptance, and finding and speaking your own individual truth.
Bienvenidas! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serving clients in California and Colorado. My practice is rooted in a fat liberation lens, which means I actively support you in dismantling internalized and societal fatphobia to cultivate a compassionate relationship with your body.
I provide a nurturing space to process life transitions, career changes, burnout, and the journey of becoming a cycle-breaker—particularly within the BIPOC community. As a first-generation daughter of immigrants, I hold deep respect for those who are new to therapy or returning to it. My goal is to create a culturally-grounded, safe environment where you can heal and grow.
I am also trained in Brainspotting, a powerful tool we can use to access and process deep emotional pain and trauma that traditional talk therapy may not reach.
I specialize in major life changes (marriage, growing family, divorce, death, career change, illness, caregiver stress, etc.) as well as trauma. All these things can cause you to no longer want to do the things you used to love, things that bring you joy. You feel like you to barely recognize yourself anymore. You may not even be able to put your finger on what happened; all you know is that you are not the same person you used to be, and you don’t like it.
I utilize EMDR along with solution-oriented and cognitive behavioral approaches. I look at all aspects of your life; mind, body, environment, and spirit. What we believe about ourselves and the world around us totally affects our behavior and our feelings. Call me today and let’s talk about how I can help you become the person you were before “stuff” happened.

With 20 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and Colorado, I help people get unstuck from patterns that keep repeating—even when they know better. Not just talk about it—actually change it. I’ve worked with Veterans, caregivers, people dealing with serious illness, and those carrying anxiety, depression, grief, and burnout from holding too much for too long.
Most of my clients aren’t new to insight—they already understand their patterns. They just haven’t been able to change them yet.
I don’t do cookie-cutter therapy. We look at your actual life—your history, relationships, nervous system, and habits—and figure out what’s really driving things. Then we work on it in a way that’s realistic and doable—something you can actually sustain.
I’m direct and I’m kind. I’ll call things out when needed, but I’m not here to shame you—I’m here to help you move. You don’t have to filter yourself or pretend you’re more okay than you are. Just show up as you are and we’ll work with that.
I’m a secular, affirming therapist. You don’t have to explain or defend who you are here. I work with LGBTQ+ clients, people in nontraditional relationships, and anyone who’s tired of feeling like they don’t quite fit.
I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing—but more importantly, I use what actually works for you. I’m also trained in psychedelic therapy and integration.
If you want a therapist who will sit quietly and nod, I’m probably not your person. If you want someone who will help you understand what’s going on, challenge what’s not working, and actually help you change things—we’ll get along well.

Since earning my Master's in Social Work in 2016, I've dedicated my career to supporting individuals through life's challenges. My journey has taken me from child protective services and a mental health hospital in Colorado, to working with individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction, and serving as a school social worker across all grade levels. Now, in Georgia, I balance my private practice with working as a clinician at a crisis center, helping those in mental health emergencies. My passion lies in guiding teenagers, adolescents, and young adults through life's transitions—whether it's school, work, or relationships—and helping them find their path forward.
Hi there! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida. I received my Master of Social Work from at the University of Central Florida. I'm a Florida native, where I've raised my children as a single mom and business owner. I have learned to roll with the punches and enjoy helping others not only survive, but thrive in adversity.
I am a bi-lingual and bi-cultural Licensed Certified Social Worker who received her Masters in Social Work from Boston College. I provide effective, transformative, and lasting life changes in children, adults, and families. I've worked with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, stress disorders, adjustment, relationship challenges, trauma, and mood disorders. I am passionate about providing a counseling environment that encourages respect, safety, trust, and honesty while tailoring each session to the clients' need.
I am a board-certified Music Therapist and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 14 years of experience, serving clients across California and Colorado. My own journey informs my work: I grew up in California and built a successful business before transitioning my life to Colorado. I then spent two years as a digital nomad—traveling by car across the US and living abroad for 1.5 years—all while managing and growing my business. I understand how to maintain excellence while in motion, and I use an IFS-informed somatic and creative approach to help you find that same internal groundedness and freedom.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Texas and a Licensed Addiction Counselor in Colorado I have made the commitment to help others as they face adversity so as to develop a loving and compassionate relationship with themselves. I bring a wealth of experience and specialized training in addictions and mental health to my practice and there is one common theme I have noticed throughout my career, which is our self-talk. We are our own worst enemies, and this wreaks havoc on our self-esteem.
Welcome, I am Feven!

I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the different challenges they face and build coping skills to create more fulfilling and holistic life experiences. From my journey, I can personally attest to the power of support, in its many forms. This support goes beyond clients I service but also to their families and communities. I believe that mental wellness isn’t just individualistic; but includes the ecosystem surrounding the person. My praxis acknowledges and aims to support the village needed by all.
I’m also passionate about the transformative impact of safe and brave spaces for those who often experience exclusion. My career has afforded me opportunities to build trust with LGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, Latina/o/x, and Refugee communities across the nation. It is a personal privilege to center wellness and holistic care for all as ‘self-care is a radical form of resistance.’

I strive to set up a warm, safe environment for client and enjoy working with young adults up to older adults 18+. I specialize in anxiety and depression and I also enjoy working with individuals with vocational stress, life stress, parenting stress and ADHD. I know that feeling overwhelmed and out of control can be scary and frustrating and I strive to help you feel more yourself again and provide the tools for success. I provide tools and strategies to align with your goals. I work mostly with a CBT and Solution focused approach but also acknowledge that therapy is an individual process and needs flexibility in strategies as well.
I’m a licensed mental health therapist with 5 years of experience specializing in trauma, self-care, and healthy boundaries. Over the years, I’ve worked in diverse settings: including jails, methadone clinics, and mental health agencies, giving me a broad understanding of different populations and their unique challenges. Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, playing my Nintendo Switch, and binge-watching Netflix documentaries. I’m also a proud dog mom to Lucky, my 3 year old Yorkshire Terrier who brings so much joy to my life.
