With over 30 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring a deep understanding of the therapeutic process and a strong commitment to helping individuals thrive. I have served in a wide range of clinical and leadership roles-therapist, clinical supervisor, clinical director, and adjunct professor-and have worked in diverse settings such as group homes, outpatient clinics, mental health centers, schools, and most recently, private practice. Licensed as an LPC in Colorado and an LMHC in Florida, I am committed to providing effective, compassionate care that is both present-focused and future-oriented—helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and hope.
