(they/she)
Many people come to therapy at a moment when they realize something in their life can’t continue the way it has been. You may feel stuck in painful patterns, overwhelmed by stress or uncertainty, or aware that something deeper needs attention. I offer a thoughtful, grounded space where we can slow down and explore what is happening beneath the surface so that meaningful change becomes possible. My work integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems, and depth-oriented psychology to help clients understand themselves more clearly and move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what has brought you to therapy. I will ask questions about your current challenges, your history, and what you hope might be different in your life. We will also talk about how therapy works and what kind of approach might best support you. Many clients find the first session helpful simply because it creates a space to slow down and speak openly about things that may have been difficult to articulate before.
My approach combines practical tools with deeper exploratory work so that therapy supports both immediate coping and long-term transformation. I draw from mindfulness, somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems, and Jungian depth psychology to help clients understand the patterns, emotions, and inner dynamics shaping their lives. Rather than trying to “fix” you, the work focuses on helping you develop greater awareness, compassion, and choice in how you relate to yourself and others. Over time, this often leads to greater clarity, emotional resilience, and the ability to move forward in life with more confidence and authenticity.
I am best positioned to work with thoughtful, self-aware adults who have reached a point where they can no longer ignore what isn’t working in their lives. Many of my clients are high-functioning and capable on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. You may notice yourself overthinking, trying to control outcomes, or feeling emotionally exhausted in relationships, work, or parenting. Often, there is a sense that something deeper is going on, even if it’s hard to fully name. I work well with clients who are curious about themselves and willing to engage in meaningful, reflective work—not just looking for quick fixes, but for lasting change. Many are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the ongoing impact of earlier experiences that continue to shape how they think, feel, and relate to others. Some feel disconnected from their sense of self or unsure how to access their own voice, needs, or direction. This work is especially helpful for people who want to understand the patterns beneath their thoughts and behaviors, build a more compassionate relationship with themselves, and develop the capacity to stay present with difficult emotions without becoming overwhelmed. Together, we focus on increasing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and internal clarity so that you can move through your life with more intention and alignment. If you are ready to slow down, look inward, and engage in a deeper process of change, this work can help you feel more grounded, connected, and authentically yourself.
Somatic
Through somatic work, you will learn to tune into your body’s signals so you can regulate stress, process emotions, and feel more grounded.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Through mindfulness practices, you will learn to slow down, gain clarity about your thoughts and feelings, and respond to stress with greater steadiness and self-compassion.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Using an Internal Family Systems approach, you will learn to understand the different parts of yourself—such as inner critics or protective patterns—so you can relate to yourself with more compassion and internal balance.
Jungian
Drawing from Jungian psychology, you will explore deeper patterns and inner themes in your life so you can gain insight, break old cycles, and move toward a more authentic way of living.
