I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over seven years of experience providing mental health treatment in both community and correctional settings. My approach is compassionate, structured, and collaborative, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a holistic understanding of how thoughts, emotions, and life experiences shape well-being. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to manage challenges and build lasting change.
Do you feel like you have the insight but don’t quite know what to do with it- how to process it or heal? You are not alone. I help individuals and couples move beyond the surface to work through what is keeping them stuck. I use IFS, EMDR and other modalities to connect you to your wounds, unprocessed memories, and blocks. Together, we set to discover the parts of you that hold pain and unlock your full potential by exploring what is holding you back.
Couples:
If it feels like you’re speaking different languages or having the same argument over and over, you may be stuck in a negative cycle that’s hard to see from the inside. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), rooted in attachment theory, to help partners reconnect, communicate vulnerably, and rebuild.
Oftentimes, what stands in our way is fear—because we have a deeply rooted need to feel safe. I understand. It’s much easier to stay in something comfortable than to risk the unknown; our minds and bodies are wired that way. My hope is to reflect your strength and worth, and to provide a safe, trusting space where you can feel seen, heard, and valued.
Hello! I’m Gloria, a Filipina licensed clinical psychologist originally from Guam, now based in the Bay Area, CA. I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and have specialized training in treating depression, anxiety, addiction, and multicultural concerns, areas that continue to guide my work today.
My clinical experience includes working in a variety of settings, where I’ve supported clients through identity exploration, emotional challenges, and major life transitions. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, and tailor each session to your unique needs and goals.
Before becoming a psychologist, I spent eight years as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a memory care unit, supporting individuals with dementia and their families. That experience shaped my understanding of caregiver stress and inspired my doctoral dissertation, which focused on the emotional impact of caregiving. It also deepened my belief that self-care and balance aren’t luxuries, they’re essential to our well-being.
At the core of my work is the belief that therapy should be a safe, inclusive, and empowering space, one where your full self is welcomed and affirmed. I bring a deep commitment to cultural sensitivity, authenticity, and compassion, drawing from both my professional training and lived experience.
Therapy with me is not just about managing challenges, it’s about growth, healing, and creating a life that feels true to you. I look forward to walking alongside you on that journey.

Hi! I am an Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Southern California. I received my masters from California Baptist University and have been practicing for 8 years. I began my experience in a county jail, transitioned to a state prison, and most recently worked with the Psychiatric Emergency Response Team (PERT) in San Diego County. I find fulfillment in working with adults who have diverse concerns and needs. Through my experience, I've discovered particular fulfillment in supporting individuals grappling with burnout, feelings of hopelessness, and overwhelming emotions.
Hi there, I'm Alicia.
Are you feeling lost or stuck in some aspect of your life and finding it hard to move forward? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? With your permission, I help to hold the container for deeper exploration and healing.
I am a trauma-focused therapist, certified in EMDR and trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I’m originally from Southern California, the traditional homelands of the Tongva (Gabrielino) and Chumash peoples, and I’m now based in Colorado, on the ancestral lands of the Arapaho, Ute, and Cheyenne peoples. I offer virtual individual therapy to clients in both states.
I believe that each of us possesses an internal source of wisdom that can be cultivated through psychotherapy, psychedelic medicines, meditation practices, yoga and other connecting practices that link the brain, body and spirit.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in mindfulness, compassion, curiosity, and respect. I often draw from concepts rooted in Buddhist psychology and contemplative traditions. I frequently incorporate EMDR as an evidence-based method for working with both acute and developmental trauma, along with parts work (IFS). I am attentive to the impact of a person’s social, physical, and cultural environment, as well as systems of oppression. Clients describe my approach as warm, relational, collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed.
I cannot do the work for you, but I can help you along the way, and it is truly an honor and a joy for me.
Over human history, people have mostly lived in close-knit communities. This has eroded with the advances in transportation and technology. Most people have lost much of the social support our forebearers enjoyed. Mental Health Professionals have taken on this role in their respective communities and are an excellent resource for you to realize your strengths and improve your well-being. When your car breaks down you take it to a mechanic. When your tooth hurts you see a dentist. When your mental health can use a “tune-up,” see a Mental Health Professional!
I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach to therapy is integrative and personalized, drawing from a variety of modalities-including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brainspotting, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Humanistic Therapy.
I believe that meaningful change begins with self-awareness and compassionate understanding. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or feeling stuck, I’m here to help you identify what’s holding you back and support you in reaching your personal goals.
Through CBT and DBT, I help clients challenge unhelpful thinking patterns and build emotional resilience. With Brainspotting and EMDR, we can gently access and process unresolved trauma and deeply held emotional pain. My humanistic lens ensures that our work always centers on your unique values, strengths, and capacity for growth.
No matter where you are on your journey, I’ll meet you with empathy, encouragement, and practical tools to help you move forward. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life.

I believe that when we join forces to shift patterns that no longer serve you, real, life-changing growth becomes possible. My goal is to walk alongside you on your path of understanding, healing, and continued personal growth, supporting you every step of the way.
Welcome!
My name is Nathan Taylor and I’d like to thank you for taking the time to look over my profile and to learn a little about me as a therapist. Choosing a therapist can be challenging (and maybe even more than a little anxiety provoking!) and it is important to take the time to find someone that you feel may be a good fit to work with towards helping you achieve your goals in therapy. With that in mind, I wanted to share a little about myself and my own path as a therapist. Should you feel like we may be a good fit, I genuinely look forward to meeting and hopefully working with you.
Each of our own personal experiences, dreams, goals, hopes, and needs, both in life and in therapy are unique and individual. You may know exactly what those are for you, or you may feel like you are lost and overwhelmed. Either way, my role is to help you along your own path. To help define what you are struggling with and to take the steps that are needed to work through those struggles and challenges. Whatever your reason is for seeking therapy, know that it can be an incredibly valuable tool towards finding what it is that you are looking for.
I’ve been in the mental health field in one way or another for well over 20 years, working with children, families, couples, and adults, both in the public sector and in private practice. While I started my career working with children in group homes, foster care, and in the legal system, my passion as a therapist has taken me in many directions. I’ve worked for many years as both a clinical supervisor for new and learning therapists and as an upper-level manager/administrator in the public mental health sector. Most recently, in addition to my work in private practice I ran several types of community mental health programs, both outpatient and inpatient, for a large behavioral health company providing mental healthcare to adults. I became a licensed therapist in 2008, yet I’m constantly learning, growing, and developing every day in order to become the best therapist that I can be. It’s my belief that it is an honor and privilege to work with people as a therapist to help each person in the way that they need.
Over the years, I’ve received several advanced trainings and certifications that I’ve pursued to obtain the skill sets needed to specialize in a few areas that I believe are tremendously effective and helpful to those I work with. I’ve found that EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Hypnotherapy are the types of therapy work and interventions that are not only backed by research as highly effective, but also really resonate with those that I work with. As with anything in therapy, there is no one-size fits all approach, and I find it most valuable to help create a treatment approach in complete collaboration with you.
As an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained therapist, I've found this evidenced-based approach to therapy to be particularly effective with people for a wide variety of reasons, and as such EMDR is my current primary specialty. As EMDR therapy has gained a significant amount of positive attention lately, this may be something you're familiar with, heard about and would like to know more, or it's all together new to you. I'd be more than happy to share additional information with you about EMDR should you be interested in learning more.
Again, thank you for taking the time to learn a bit more about me. You’ve found the courage to get this far, let’s see how much further we can get together!
Greetings! My name is Micah and it is a privilege to join you on the next leg of your journey. I take a non-judgmental and honest stance, blend it with a bit of education, and invite you to tell me what your top priorities for therapy are. I strive to help people cope with change, heal old (or new!) wounds, manage life stress effectively, and explore new ways of being human. You can count on me to be respectful of both your individuality and the circumstances that surround you.

My approach integrates evidence-based practices with a deep respect for your unique experiences, empowering you to heal, connect, and create a life aligned with your values.
Life can feel heavy-especially when anxiety, depression, guilt, or relationship stress start calling the shots. You don’t have to carry that weight alone. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to understand what’s holding them back and learn practical tools to move forward with confidence.
My approach is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in real-life change. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen coping skills, and build healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. Therapy with me isn’t about perfection-it’s about progress, resilience, and learning how to show up for your life with clarity and purpose.
When you’re ready to feel more empowered and less overwhelmed, I’m here to help you take that next step.
I am a licensed MFT clinician in California with 6 years of eclectic psychotherapy work experience. I thrive on collaborating/working with clients to help them process and manage stress, symptoms of anxiety and depression, a distorted sense of self, trauma from individual/familial abuse as well as the systemic factors therein, schizophrenia spectrum challenges/symptoms, and personality disorders (e.g., antisocial personality disorder and borderline personality disorder). I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion while maintaining strong/healthy boundaries. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs as we work through what you desire to focus on.
I have worked with a variety of clients in different mental health organizations and schools throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles County. I am comfortable and have experience working with trauma-related stress disorders, isolation/loneliness and suicidal thoughts. I treat both adults and older teens (18 and over) through individual psychotherapy. I ask (Socratic) questions based on therapeutic timing and will provide evidence-based psychoeducation when needed, always moving the session with clinical intuition as the process unfolds.
I 'm here to support your journey toward healing, self-awareness, and personal growth—enhancing communication, deepening connection, and improving satisfaction in your relationships, all of which contribute to a greater quality of life. My approach is straightforward, compassionate, and holistic, integrating trauma-informed care (including EMDR), relationship and communication strengthening (RLT), parenting support, and guidance through marriage, separation, divorce, and immigration-related challenges. I also provide a neurodivergence-affirming space.
I look forward to the opportunity to help you. Please feel free to reach out with questions you may have.

Hello, my name is Tara. I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. I understand that therapy can feel like a significant step, and I congratulate you on taking the first step on your journey. I specialize in helping navigate life transitions, anxiety, and self-doubt. I work especially well with empowering women. My goal is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself, gain insight, and take steps toward personal growth. Please note I do not work weekends or after 3pm. Hello and welcome! First, I'd like to acknowledge the courage it takes to seek support. Way to show yourself some love and care! My name is Daniel and I am a board licensed therapist in Oakland, CA with 20 years of experience, including training and supervision of other therapists. I use Internal Family Systems and other therapies to treat major depression, anxiety, and the many effects of traumatic life experiences. If you are stuck and want to try a non-traditional approach, I also offer a safe, proven, psychedelic treatment called Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, which boosts your brain's ability to get out of depressive ruts and form new habits. With an experienced therapist in your corner and the discovery of new, promising treatments, you can face life's challenges with a renewed sense of hope. We will work together to discover deeper meaning and purpose and reclaim the joy and belonging that you deserve.
If you are struggling with addiction but feel unsure about traditional approaches like 12-step groups, rehabs, or even total abstinence, you're not alone. Many people want to make a change but don't seek help because they feel this way. I specialize in reducing addictive behaviors by addressing the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that make you want to escape and by discovering what really motivates you. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, what's working and what's not about your use, and replacing harmful behaviors with more meaning and joy. I'm here to be in your corner, as an ally and as a guide. Together, we'll create a supportive, non-judgmental space where EVERY part of you is welcome. If you're ready to learn how to come home to yourself, I invite you to reach out. Let’s talk about how we can get there together.

Hi! I’m a licensed therapist who believes therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a performance. I bring warmth, honesty, and a sense of humor into the room, and I work best with people who are ready to get curious about themselves, even if they’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start.
Before becoming a therapist, I earned a BFA in Film & Television Production. I especially enjoy working with creatives and folks in non-traditional careers, but I love supporting people from all walks of life. Prior to shifting to telehealth, I worked in residential treatment with individuals recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. That experience deeply shaped my compassionate and non-judgmental approach. My style is collaborative and flexible, drawing from CBT, solution-focused therapy, ACT, and person-centered methods to meet you where you are.
Outside of therapy, you can usually find me hanging out with my husband and our dogs, listening to and discovering new music, making playlists, going to shows, making jewelry, passionately cheering on my favorite sports teams, or catching a movie on the big screen. Life can feel like a lot sometimes, and I’m here to help you sort through it at your pace, with no judgment and a little humor when it helps.
