New to Grow
I specialize in helping adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout, and life transitions. Using evidence based approaches including ACT, CBT, DBT, CPT, and MBCT. I help clients develop practical skills to reduce distress, build resilience, and create lasting change. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. i am here to support you in this process.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate and goal oriented, combining evidence based treatments with practical coping skills that clients can apply in their daily life. During our first session, we will identify your goals, review your history, and begin developing a treatment plan tailored otherwise your needs. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported and with a clear understanding of how we will work together.
I strive to create a warm, supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe discussing difficult experiences. I believe in meeting clients where they are, building on their strengths, and helping them make meaningful and lasting changes that align with their values.
Other specialties
I identify as
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use ACT to help clients develop healthier ways of responding to difficult thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Together we build practical coping skills to manage anxiety, depression, stress and emotional discomfort, while learning to accept what cannot be controlled.
Cognitive Processing (CPT)
As a trained CPT provider, I use this evidence based treatment to help clients who suffer from Trauma and PTSD. Together we work to identify and challenge beliefs that developed after the traumatic experience(s), in order to reduce symptoms and regain a greater sense of safety, control, and hope.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together we identify unhelpful thought patterns, challenge distorted beliefs, and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
As a DBT trained therapist, I teach practical skills that help clients regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and improve relationships.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy helps clients become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations without automatically reacting to them. Through mindfulness practices and cognitive strategies, clients learn practical coping skills to manage anxiety, depression and stress. MBCT helps clients to respond to challenges with greater self awareness, self compassion and emotional balance, allowing them to make thoughtful choices rather than reacting on autopilot.
