Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in California. I received my Masters degree in Mental Health from Christian Theological Seminary in Butler University at Indiana. My Masters program is a Four year special degree program which is integrated with Psychology, Philosophy and Theology, that provides holistic approach to Psychotherapy. I work with adults who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Grief, Anger, Trauma events such as military combat, physical and sexual abuse, neglect and Racism.
Many of the clients I work with are carrying a lot. They may look like they're functioning on the outside—working, parenting, caregiving, and showing up for others—while internally feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California with 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life's challenges and transitions. I work primarily with adults navigating relationship stress, communication difficulties, grief in its many forms, burnout, identity development, and the emotional weight of trying to "hold it all together." Many of my clients are asking themselves questions like: Who am I outside of survival mode? How do I show up as my best self? How do I communicate my needs more clearly and create healthier relationships?
My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, build practical tools for navigating life's challenges, and create meaningful, sustainable changes that align with the person they want to be.
My approach is client-centered and collaborative, rooted in the belief that healing begins by recognizing and building on each person’s unique strengths. Through hope-inducing relationships, goal-oriented work, and compassionate support, I help individuals move beyond trauma and toward empowered, meaningful change. My strengths are with sensitive, empathic, individuals struggling to find their voice.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in trauma-informed care, drawing from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), somatic techniques, and strength-based approaches to support lasting healing and growth. I am EMDRIA-trained. I also hold certificates in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy utilizing Internal Family Systems Parts Works (inner ecosystem perspectives), and Somatic EMDR Therapy, which allow me to help clients reconnect with their bodies, identify stored trauma, and restore a sense of presence and safety.
Hello, I'm a licensed professional therapist practicing in California and Virginia since 2003. I have such respect and admiration for my clients because seeking therapy is very courageous. My goal for your therapy journey is to develop a relationship where you can feel trust so that you can become your authentic self. My therapeutic style is very eclectic and versatile. I want to provide a warm environment for you to feel better and grow. I specialize in treating you as a person and starting in a place where you are comfortable while adjusting to your needs as we move forward. I have expertise in treating depression/anxiety disorders, grief/loss, infertility, trauma, and relationship conflicts.
Hi, I am Cheyenne, an LCSW who believes therapy doesn't have to feel stiff or clinical to be effective. With several years of experience supporting youth, parents and families, I help clients navigate trauma, maternal mental health challenges, ADHD, anxiety and the often overwhelming stress of everyday life. If you're in the thick of parenting, navigating your teen years or simply feeling stretched too thin, you don't have to figure it out alone.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported without judgment. I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, and the challenges that life can sometimes bring. My goal is to create a space where you can talk openly about what you’re going through and feel safe exploring your thoughts and feelings.
My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a person-centered style, which means we work together to better understand your experiences while also building practical tools to help you cope, grow, and move forward. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you as a person.
I also have experience working with military members and veterans, and I recognize the unique experiences and stressors that can come with military life and transitions. I strive to offer a respectful and supportive environment where clients can process their experiences and work toward healing at their own pace.
Above all, I believe everyone deserves a place where they feel heard, valued, and supported as they work toward a life that feels more balanced and meaningful.
If you’ve tried to think your way out of anxiety or old patterns but still feel it in your body, you’re not alone. I’m a holistic licensed trauma-informed therapist specializing in complex trauma, integrating Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic approaches to support nervous system healing. With a background in neuroscience research, I approach healing through a brain–body lens. My style is collaborative, compassionate, warm and thoughtfully paced.

Hi! I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist. I offer individual therapy via telehealth to adults in California. I most often work with those experiencing narcissistic abuse, neurodivergence such as ADHD and autism, and alcohol abuse & addictions. I have been working in the mental health field since 2008, as a therapist since 2011, and I've been in private practice since 2019. My background and training is in child & adolescent psychology, forensic psychology, psychological testing, and substance abuse treatment. Since then, I've focused the work in my private practice to individual adults.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters Degree in Social Work from California State University Los Angeles. I have been working in mental health for over 40 years, and as a licensed professional for 16 years. My area of expertise is mental health and supporting clients to be able to adjust and cope better with a myriad of life stressors.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over three decades of experience in mental health and clinical experience. I draw from 63 years of my own life experience as a gay man, educational (MSW from the University of Connecticut) and practical knowledge. Thus I understand what it’s like to be marginalized, and feel different like you don’t belong. I use a compassionate, non- judgmental, understanding, strength based approach by acknowledging and welcoming your whole person, body, mind, and spirit. I can help one understand who they are? where they've been? and how they can move forward in their life.
I have worked in private practice and the school systems providing Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) for almost 25 years. During this time I founded a small business where my team and I provide these mental health services individually and in groups on-site to school districts all over Sonoma County, CA. I love working with children k-12 and their families. I have worked in non-public schools, public schools, and privately with at-risk youth and their families. This has been my passion my whole career.
I have been married to my lovely wife for 20 years, together for 27 years and we have two beautiful children. Our son is 16 and our daughter is 13. I enjoy all things outdoors. I surfed competitively in my youth and I love mountain biking, snowboarding and anything that has to do with water, but my main love is spending time with my family.
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to invest in your mental health. Are you having a hard time balancing family, work, and life? Are you struggling with avoidance and anxiety about the future? Are you just ready for a change and aren't sure how to make a plan of action? It's difficult to grow without support and even harder at times to find the tools to carve your own path. If you feel ready to explore how to reach your unique potential; let's figure out some goals, what's in the way, and how we can work through those challenges so you can reach your goals.
My background in research, crisis care, inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, in-home therapy, group therapy and outpatient therapy has given me exposure to several forms of therapy. I am currently practicing CBT, DBT, ACT and some elements of other forms of therapy.
If you are curious how we could approach your challenges and goals, please reach out and we can discuss options. Consultations are welcomed.
Therapy happens in a space we build together to nurture your growth--a space for new understanding, new experiences and healing.
What brings us together? With therapy, it starts when you decide you want support because of how you are feeling, changes you want to make, circumstances you face, problems in relationships or losses you grieve. Maybe you are feeling sad, anxious, distracted or stuck. Maybe old coping patterns are causing new problems. Maybe you are burned out from work, care-giving, activism or oppression. Maybe you need more support.
I have over twenty years experience helping people cope with with stress, trauma, grief, panic, anxiety, depression, relationships, neurodivergence and TBI. I work with evidence-based trauma recovery interventions (including narrative therapy and EMDR for processing and CBT/DBT for coping), Radical Therapy (internalized oppression and power in relationships) and Contemplative Psychotherapy (mindfulness and self compassion). As a cis gender, white woman, I work intentionally to be mindful of my privilege so we can create a safe space for your therapy.
Let’s talk.

I then went on to get my Master's degree in Psychology from J.F.K University and graduated in 2008. In addition to my Master’s degree, I have an added emphasis of Somatic Psychology which is: ‘the study of the mind/body interface, the relationship between our physical matter and our energy, the interaction of our body structures with our thoughts and actions’. I pull from a multitude of theories and coaching techniques.
Therapy can be long-term or goal-oriented with me. I find both have great advantages and I let the client guide me on that. I’m truly invested in our relationship and care deeply when working with clients.
I work in Private Practice and have been a Clinical Supervisor for a Non-profit in the Bay Area. I appreciate doing private practice since I can have a deep, meaningful relationship that can help empower my clients and foster change.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that every person deserves to feel heard, respected, validated, and genuinely understood. I strive to create a safe, culturally responsive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and move toward lasting change.
As a provider, my greatest strengths lie in my deep empathy, active listening, and a commitment to mindful curiosity. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where your unique story can be truly heard and valued. Rather than simply diagnosing a problem, I listen for the 'hidden' stories of your strengths and values that often get overshadowed. My approach to active listening is about more than just understanding; it’s about standing alongside you to deconstruct the challenges you face and uncover the skills you already possess. Together, we will collaborate to rewrite the narratives that no longer serve you, fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and the reclamation of your personal agency.

I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years- 14 of those as a therapist. I love my work, even when it's hard. I chose to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker because it fits with my own holistic view of treatment. Social Work considers individual mental health through the lens of the person's environment, family situation, social connections, access to resources, financial circumstances, and the like. In addition to whatever our primary need is, our world also affects our mental health. And that needs to be considered in how we approach treatment.
I began my career as a therapist at Humboldt County Behavioral Health in Eureka, CA. My years working at the county in outpatient, inpatient, addiction treatment, and crisis service programs provide a depth and breadth of experience that is hard to acquire elsewhere. I view therapy as a team effort, a relationship developed through trust and clear communication. You are the one doing the work, and my job is to support you along the way, offer guidance, education, help you feel safe, and be your cheerleader. Collaboration, discussion, and experimentation with treatment modalities are an essential part of the process. I see therapy as exciting, with lots of opportunity to learn and grow and incorporate new information and experiences. We are all so different, we will work together to make sure you are confident that your therapy is realistic and meaningful to you. Progress is achieved only if both the client and the therapist put in the work and share the load. Your healing journey may be a difficult one, but not impossible. It is an honor to be part of this journey with you.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationship stress, betrayal trauma, codependency, perfectionism, and major life transitions. My style is warm, practical, and collaborative. I believe therapy should offer both a safe place to be understood and real tools clients can use in everyday life.
I often work with thoughtful, capable people who have spent years holding everything together for others while feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. I help clients slow down, make sense of their patterns, reduce shame, build healthier boundaries, and reconnect with their own strength and clarity. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and direct when needed, with a focus on helping clients feel more grounded, confident, and empowered in their lives and relationships.
I am an LPCC in California and an LPC in Texas. My educational background consists of earning my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master's in clinical counseling, and a Master's in Addictions. I am a National Certified Counselor and am a certified addictions counselor.
My past clinical experience includes working for a crisis center where the majority of clients experienced issues related to suicide, homicide, domestic violence, and child and elder abuse. These issues impact people of all ages, races, and ethnic groups. I have also worked for a county-based permanent assisted housing development where all of the clients have experienced episodes of homelessness, and have been significantly impacted by issues of trauma, depression, addictions, domestic violence, and child abuse.

Hi, I’m Dr. Cathy Evangelatos, I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and growth.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology.
I also hold a Master’s degree in Theology, enabling me to offer specialized Christian-integrated therapy for clients who desire to integrate their faith into their personal growth and healing.
I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, which provides significantly more rigorous training and expertise than a standard two-year Master’s-level therapist. Psychologists typically complete 5–7+ years of doctoral-level education beyond a bachelor’s degree, with extensive training in evidence-based psychological interventions, assessment, diagnosis, and advanced treatment approaches. In contrast, most Master’s-level therapists (such as MFTs or LCSWs) complete a two-year graduate program focused primarily on relational and family systems work. This advanced doctoral training allows me to deliver deeper, more nuanced, and highly effective care — empowering you to achieve meaningful, lasting change with greater insight, precision, and support than a standard Master’s-level therapist can typically provide.

I have had the privilege of working with adolescents, transitional-aged youth, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, life transitions, burnout, relationship challenges, severe mental illness, and complex life stressors. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based approach that honors each person’s lived experience and resilience.
I draw from evidence-based and integrative approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based practices, somatic interventions, and relational therapy. Together, we will find an approach that feels supportive, collaborative, and aligned with your goals.
Hello, I am Aviva Euripides and I am pleased to meet you here. Our clinical work involves tracking and assessing how it assists you in meeting your goals. This solution focused work is thus overall practical but is rooted in academic and clinical rigor. I graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and attended New College of California where the focus was on meeting the clinical needs of a diverse community with relevance and meaning. I have supervised and trained clinicians in treatment settings ranging from the counselor's office to acute mental health facilities. This has led to a deep understanding of clinical work. My specializations include depression, anxiety, life changes, self esteem, career and relationships.
