I work with high-functioning individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, and mild depression who are used to being “the strong one” for others, but struggle to be that for themselves. Many begin to recognize how underlying trauma or PTSD impacts their ability to feel grounded, regulated, and present. Creatives, leaders, and neuro-spicy individuals are especially welcomed. My approach blends a feminine energy framework with trauma-informed care, supporting clients in shifting out of burnout, over-efforting, and survival mode into greater self-trust, balance, and emotional alignment. We explore patterns in boundaries, self-worth, and relationships while creating space for rest and reconnection. I specialize in trauma treatment using EMDR, helping the brain reprocess distressing experiences so they no longer carry the same emotional intensity. Together, we build emotional regulation, strengthen boundaries, and create sustainable ways of showing up for your life—without abandoning yourself. Therapy with Dr. Gross is a space to slow down, process, and feel seen, supported, and aligned in who you are becoming.

I identify as
EMDR
I use this modality to support processing trauma that has usually been overlooked and embedded into how a person views themselves. Through this modality, we explore the negative beliefs one has about themselves and reprocess them with more acceptable beliefs to decrease the negative impact of experienced traumas.

I know love is a strong word, but I love Dr. Zerri. She listens thoroughly, she is funny, she will lovingly tell you how it is, she keeps it real, her confidence is inspiring. I could honestly go on, but ultimately her authenticity is so strong and shines. We’ ve been working together for a few months now, and I’m so glad and grateful to have her as a therapist.

I'm happy with the way Dr. Z challenges me when I need it, and that she asks probing questions to help me get deeper into my thoughts.
