As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I’m here to help you navigate life’s ups and downs in a way that feels authentic to you. I believe that you are the expert in your own life. No matter what you’re facing, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we’ll work toward the life you want to create, moving at a pace that feels comfortable, so you can rediscover a sense of joy, clarity and strength.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and laying the foundation for our work together. I’ll ask questions to gather as much information as you feel comfortable sharing about your life, struggles, strengths, and goals. This will help us identify key areas to focus on and start shaping the direction of therapy. We’ll also take time to review expectations for therapy, including the process, confidentiality, boundaries, and scheduling so you feel informed and comfortable moving forward.

I understand how difficult it can be to confront overwhelming emotions and deep emotional pain, my approach is collaborative, meaning we work together to figure out what’s going to help you feel more grounded, connected, and in control. My role is to support you as you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, empowering you to define your own goals and path forward. It’s an honor to be part of your journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you find clarity, healing, and strength.

I work with individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and stress. I use a variety of therapeutic tools—like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Therapy, EMDR Training and Mindfulness—to meet you where you’re at.
