Exhausted by the way you think about yourself? We are often (if not always) our own worst enemies. Whether this pattern has caused you problems with guilt, shame, anxiety, depression, addiction or you name it - the starting point is generally the same. When we embark on the project of therapy you will be asked to put your painful thoughts and feelings into words. As the process unfolds, the strength and fervor used to overthink and condemn yourself will become accessible to use productively in reaching your goals.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a strong foundation in both community development and clinical practice, allowing me to bring a comprehensive, systems-informed perspective to my work with individuals and professionals. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Community and Regional Development from UC Davis in 2007, where I developed a deep understanding of how environments, systems, and relationships shape overall well-being. I went on to complete my Master’s in Social Work at Sacramento State University in 2010.
My career in social work has provided me with diverse and extensive experience, including supporting individuals through acute psychiatric and medical hospitalizations, working with trauma, navigating complex systems, and serving youth and families involved in foster care. I began my clinical practice in 2019, where I transitioned into providing direct therapy and further developing my therapeutic approach.
Over time, I have expanded my role to include clinical supervision, mentoring and supporting associate clinicians as they grow their skills and professional identity. In my work with clients, I take a practical, collaborative approach, helping individuals navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, and executive functioning challenges. I am committed to creating a supportive and empowering space where meaningful, sustainable growth can occur, while also contributing to the development of thoughtful, ethical clinicians in the field.

Perhaps you feel stuck in patterns that don't align with the life you want. You want things to feel different in your relationships, your body, your choices, and your day-to-day life. You want to stop escaping, stop overthinking, and feel more connected to yourself, more at peace. You are looking for real change, and you want a therapist who can help you become more confident, more self aware, and ready to truly transform.
Hi, I'm Mattie, a trauma-informed therapist supporting high-functioning adults who are ready for real change. I work with individuals who feel stuck in stress cycles, overthinking, or disconnection despite doing all the “right” things. I help you build emotional clarity, self-trust, and lasting transformation using tools like somatic therapy, EMDR, CBT, DBT, and inner child work.

I have been serving the community for 29 years, working with individuals, children, couples, and families. It gives me great joy to work with clients of all ages and from all walks of life. I also find it meaningful partnering with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. I embrace cultural diversity. It’s fascinating to embrace and learn about various cultures and traditions. As someone with a multi-ethic back ground, I’m equipped to address and support conflicts relating to cultural values.
I am multilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, and Vietnamese.
My specialties include: anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, anger, self esteem issues, relationship issues, family dynamics, multi-generational issues, transitional issues, racism, etc.
I value the client-therapist relationship. It is an honor I am being invited and potentially included in this part of your journey!
I regard the client-therapist relationship as a partnership. As a therapist, my goal is to empower you in overcoming barriers in order for you to pursue the life you deserve. This process also entails enhancing your self awareness, i. e., your needs, your values as well as your ego strengths, etc. It includes acquiring new, healthy coping skills to reclaim the life you are meant to live. Your new life is not just a dream. Know that it’s possible! I’m committed as well as equipped to help you.
It gives me a deep sense of gratification to work with clients who are motivated to move forward. It’s okay if we are not sure what our goals are. Together, we’ll figure it out. I look forward to our meeting!
I'm so glad you found your way here. Seeking treatment is an indication of being ready for change and having a new experience of life. I'm an insight oriented therapist meaning I assist clients in illuminating their inner workings and wounds that have created struggles in their lives. I work at a level of healing and empowering with the intention to offer guidance rather than to instruct. You are the expert of your life. Together we take a look at what needs to be addressed and resolved then move into recognizing one's own strengths, value, and worth. This allows individuals to move into greater appreciation and acceptance of self.
I have worked for several years with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with a strong focus on personal acceptance, self-compassion, and resolution of internal conflicts based in trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship strain, or lack of direction and focus in one’s life. I specialize in substance abuse and addiction treatment. Having been in recovery for 10 years myself, I understand the journey of ending the cycle of self destruction and moving to a place of healing and greater peace.
Hi there, I'm Cynthia. Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you wanting to be the best version of yourself? I been providing therapy for client ages 8 and up for over 10 years from all socioeconomic statuses and ethnicities. I know that the foundation of thearpy is trust and that takes time. It is my job to earn your trust so that you feel safe to expand, grow, look within. You are always the driver in the journey I am just here to facilitate and support it.
Is this the first time you thinking about having therapy? Let's talk about what therapy is and is not. Tell me your expectations. Therapy is in part, talking about how you are feeling whether you have depression, anxiety, or feel overwhelmed by your work, family or relationships or by all three . But that is just the beginning. My name is Judith Copeland, I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I want to help you achieve the positive changes would you like to see in your life.
Do you feel you cannot cope, have no self-esteem or don’t even know what will make you happy? Together we will uncover your strengths and you will learn the skills you need to better manage your emotions. I use several treatment methods including, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Integrative Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to tailor your care to your specific needs.
We will explore what is holding you back from achieving your goals and help you heal from past traumas. You will learn how your negative beliefs influence your mood and get in the way of your happiness. Often, we forget that everything is connected. Mind, Body, and Spirit. We need to take care of ourselves physically, psychologically, and spiritually. We often don’t really understand how deeply connected they are to our well-being. I will help you learn that self-care is just as important and or even more important as everything else you do.
We have within ourselves the ability to create the life we want and become the person we want to be. I would like to support you on this journey and look forward to meeting you.
We are all faced with challenges. These challenges can create limitations that interfere with gaining a sense of self, forming healthy relationships, and pursuing our goals. I believe we should not allow these obstacles to dictate how we respond to the environment around us. Learning healthy coping skills, challenging negative self talk, and setting effective boundaries can facilitate desired outcomes in our daily life. Given the opportunity, I would enjoy working with you right where you are. Let’s get to work!
Well hello! I'm Rachael and I've been a therapist for about 15 years. I've formerly worked with higher level of care folks with agencies, meaning I've worked with the severely mentally ill folks and people who need a lot of support in crisis. As I get older, I'm working my way to lower level of care so I can spend more time with my family. I have my private practice now and I really enjoy working mostly with teens and young adults (18-25). I also get stoked about working with the neurodiverse folks and adults around religious trauma. I'm happy to provide support in my office face to face or via telehealth.

If you’re someone who carries a lot, who shows up for work, family, partnerships, motherhood, and community with strength and competence…but yet struggles with anxiety, self-doubt, boundary guilt, people-pleasing, overthinking, or a quiet sense of disconnection from yourself, please know that you are not alone.
Many women appear composed while internally feeling exhausted or unseen. Often, the ways you cope in your roles (e.g. over-functioning, staying hyper-independent, avoiding conflict, or constantly striving) were shaped by childhood or traumatic experiences that once helped you survive.
Since 2007, I’ve worked with women who want to understand how early attachment wounds and trauma histories continue to shape their current relationships, work, motherhood, and sense of self-worth. Therapy becomes a place to make sense of your patterns, and gently shift what no longer serves you.
I work primarily with women, particularly women of color (BIPOC), and my approach is integrative, grounded in advanced training in:
• EMDR
• Internal Family Systems
• Brainspotting (beginning March 2026)
• Sensorimotor & Body-Oriented Psychotherapy
• Havening Techniques
• Yoga Therapy
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Mindfulness-Based CBT
This allows our work to include trauma processing, nervous system regulation, practical tools, relational exploration, and deeper meaning-making which including spirituality through a grounded, non-religious lens.
The goal is integration: helping you feel more aligned, steady, and connected to yourself over time.
If this resonates, I invite you to continue exploring my profile to learn more about my approach. You’re also welcome to visit my professional Instagram account (@Rosashetty) to get a sense of my values and personality.
Change doesn’t happen by accident—it happens when courage finally meets support.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in helping individuals navigate and heal mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use challenges, trauma, and PTSD. I am trained in EMDR. My approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), allowing me to tailor treatment to your unique needs and experiences.
I believe in a therapeutic process that is both compassionate and firmly rooted in supportive challenge. Together, we work to identify unhelpful patterns, confront avoidance, and build healthier ways of coping and connecting. My goal is to help you move away from the dependencies, beliefs, and behaviors that have held you back—and empower you to move toward confidence, stability, and lasting change.
Whether you're beginning your growth journey or seeking deeper healing and personal growth, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
I have training, education and experience in serving individuals and families.
I work to create a safe environment through compassion and acceptance.
Hi, I'm Alyssa. I believe therapy works best when people feel genuinely seen, supported, and accepted. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. I enjoy helping people better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and create healthier patterns in their relationships. Whether you're facing a difficult season or seeking personal growth, I strive to provide a space where you can feel safe, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.
There is a way out. Those who come to see me are often at a crossroads, frustrated at how they are trying to deal with problems and seeking workable strategies and solutions to cope. Therapy is meant to be a space to feel welcome to talk about thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are problematic. Understanding unhealthy behaviors, frustrations with life, and/or unsuccessful efforts to cope can help reveal the obstacles that may block your path to growth and desired outcomes.
I have over 15 years experience providing therapy and case management including in the areas of: Couples counseling; Anxiety issues; Medical and chronic pain issues; Phobias; Eating disorders and body image challenges; Post-residential and outpatient maintenance therapy for continued abstinence and sobriety from substance use and eating disorders; Fertility and conception issues; LGBTQ and gender concerns; and Couples counseling (without legal involvement).
I am distinguished by my training in Strengths Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Emotional Freedom "Tapping" technique, Acceptance and Commitment, Mindfulness, and Contemplative Care. I am licensed in CA, ID, VA, FL, TX, NJ, WA, and UT.
Why do we explore? So you can live a life YOU want to live!
** I do not provide forensically-focused clinical services for individuals/couples involved in active litigation, divorce proceedings, or child custody disputes, nor do I provide court-ordered evaluations or expert testimony**

You may feel lost, empty, anxious, alone, with no place to turn to, but as we work together, I will lead you to explore those wounds and emotions that are creating the pain you feel. You are not alone, you can do it, and I will support you all the way as we work together!
Welcome, I am Feven!
Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I help individuals manage anxiety, depression and burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach; addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.
I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the different challenges they face and build coping skills to create more fulfilling and holistic life experiences. From my journey, I can personally attest to the power of support, in its many forms. This support goes beyond clients I service but also to their families and communities. I believe that mental wellness isn’t just individualistic; but includes the ecosystem surrounding the person. My praxis acknowledges and aims to support the village needed by all.
I’m also passionate about the transformative impact of safe and brave spaces for those who often experience exclusion. My career has afforded me opportunities to build trust with LGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, Latina/o/x, and Refugee communities across the nation. It is a personal privilege to center wellness and holistic care for all as ‘self-care is a radical form of resistance.’
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, trauma, PTSD, self-acceptance, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion, empathy and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back.
Let's work together!

You try your best—but fear, anxiety, or overthinking get in the way. You feel weighted down, bottle up emotions & ignore those empty feelings. You feel blocked, stuck, and numb. You're consumed emotions and you're tired of the rollercoaster of emotions. You notice you're drifting further & further away from your family and friends. You're exhausted from all the worry, panic, and anxiety. You can't sleep & head hurting from thinking about all the "things" you need to do or can't do. When you do sleep, you wake up feeling tired, in a bad mood, & dread the day. You try so hard but fear sets in, and then frustration 'this is not the life I want!' You just want peace, be happy, & able to relax again. Ready to feel better? I'm here to help.
I’m Tammy Brooks LMFT, a Solution Focused Brief Therapy Certified Level 3 Practitioner. I help adults find joy, connection, & peace again by using an approach is different than therapy with endless talk, rehashing pain & no real lasting change. Instead, we'll focus on want to achieve in therapy and talk about that version of yourself despite the problems you are facing.

I have a background in community education and acute medical social work. I work 2 days a week in an acute medical/psychiatric ER. Together we will map your anxiety - a truly fascinating and vulnerable process. We will gradually distinguish medical issues from psychological/emotional distress and I will encourage you to build your daily, weekly, monthly and yearly habits to ensure your health. We will find insights, feel feelings (rather than judge or avoid them), attune to our needs and build a plan for healing and health.
My name is Judy Jordan and I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist with over 20 years years of professional experience in counseling with children,, adults, and families. I took an evening course in Psychology 5 when starting school, and by the end of it , I knew I wanted to become a therapist. I was drawn to understanding people on a deeper level and helping them through their struggles. With support from my dad, I left my job and went back to school starting from scratch. I loved every minute of learning and felt more certain with each class that I was on the right path. My dedication paid off...I earned straight A's and received the Academic Achievement Award in Psychology. More importantly I found a sense of purpose in supporting others on their mental health journeys.
I have 7 years of experience helping adults, young adults, teens and families. I'm licensed in CA and hold additional certification in EMDR therapy. I spent 20 years working in higher education before transitioning into the therapist role. In my free time, I enjoy connecting with nature and playing with pets, scuba diving, salsa dancing, improv and theatre, reading and exploring our muticultural world through travelling with my globalized family. Я так же говорю на русском і розмовляю українскою мовою.
Greetings, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in California, North Carolina and Florida. I received my Master's in Social Welfare from the University of California, Los Angeles. Most of my career has been focused in health care settings where I have worked as an outpatient behavioral health therapist, inpatient therapist and medical social worker. I bring a whole person approach into my work with clients and strive to provide a safe and supportive environment which facilitates personal growth and healing.
I found myself becoming a psychotherapist through nudges from friends and family pointing me toward a field they believed suited me well. I'm so grateful I listened and changed careers from education to psychology; 10 years later, I'm writing this with great satisfaction about my profession. The work of joining a person in articulating, understanding, and organizing their experience is a wonderful thing. This work makes sense to me; I both enjoy serving others and the psychic rewards of their growth and success. I've worked in various settings, including CBT, college counseling, and psychodynamic clinics, as well as addiction medicine, behavioral health primary care, and medical integration with Kaiser Permanente. All of these contexts have combined to bring my clinical style together in an integrative-relational approach to treatment.

Hello and welcome,
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) with a practice rooted in curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for the human experience. My work is guided by the belief that healing emerges when we feel truly seen, heard, and held—an approach that honors both the conscious and unconscious dimensions of your inner life.
I offer a holistic, integrative approach that engages mind, body, and spirit. I am certified in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, including ketamine-assisted sessions (KAP), and provide both preparation and integration support to help these experiences become a source of profound insight and growth.
My practice moves beyond traditional talk therapy. I see storytelling not just as expression, but as a doorway to transformation. Through connecting with the body and attending to the felt sense of experience, clients can shift entrenched patterns, reclaim fragmented parts of themselves, and cultivate lasting change. By exploring both the personal and archetypal dimensions of your inner world, we work to cultivate resilience, confidence, and a deeper sense of trust in yourself and in life’s unfolding.
Healing is not simply intellectual—it is a process of reconnecting with the wholeness of who you are, integrating the wounded, the wise, and the curious parts of yourself to step more fully into your life.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with clinical and social services experience - along with years of experience and knowledge of spiritual care (MDiv) - I enjoy partnering in the whole-person healing process. Understanding the person in their environment as well as being enlightened to a their intrinsic qualities, informs the therapeutic process and facilitates an effective healing journey .

I specialize in helping individuals as they navigate grief, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship challenges, and behavioral concerns. I understand that these struggles are not just diagnoses—they are lived experiences that can quietly shape how you see yourself, how you connect with others, and how you move through your day.
Anxiety can feel like a constant hum in the background—keeping you on edge, overthinking, and emotionally worn down. Many people carry it for years without realizing how much it’s impacting their relationships and sense of peace. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep managing it by yourself.
Depression is often misunderstood because it doesn’t always look like sadness. Sometimes it feels like exhaustion, numbness, irritability, or simply going through the motions without feeling connected to your life. It can make even the smallest tasks feel heavy. But depression is treatable, and with the right support, it is possible to feel like yourself again.
In our work together, I offer a space where you can be seen, heard, and understood—without judgment. My goal is not only to help you cope, but to help you reconnect with yourself, find clarity in what you’re feeling, and build a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and yours.
I specialize in holding space for the deep-thinkers and cycle-breakers, the individuals who have spent a lifetime looking inward and dismantling generational patterns, yet still feel the friction of a world demanding 'more' at the expense of 'being.'
My approach combines a lifelong passion for psychology and therapeutic processes with a multicultural, spiritually grounded worldview. As a mother, a doctoral candidate, and a business owner, I don't just teach boundaries; I live them. I am a 'Keturah-sized' bridge in the wellness gap for those who have cycled through therapists searching for a peer who truly sees them. Together, we intentionally move past the '15 tasks by yesterday' mentality and into a strategic, soul-deep architecture of rest, healing, and expansion.

I started my journey into psychotherapy back in 2005. Over the years, I have learned a great deal regarding how much our lives are impacted by how we see the world, and what we focus on. I have learned that focusing on the present moment, and enjoying each moment for what it offers can be priceless. I have learned, and now teach others how to live mindfully, not in the past or the future, but in the present moment, as when we leave the present moment is when our suffering begins. I have extensive experience in trauma, and overcoming traumas, as well as approaching the world from a cultural perspective. Based on experience, I have seen that we see the world through the sense of our cultural forefathers, and therefore, sometimes we need to adjust our interpretation of what we see and experience. I have been amazed at the tenacity and strength of the human spirit, and I cannot disregard the presence of an all knowing, encompassing presence of a higher being in our lives. It is for this reason that I encourage patients to look at the world from multiple points of view. Sometimes changing the lens with which we look at the world, can make all the difference in what we see and feel.
