Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I have been practicing for 15 years. In the past 7 years, I have engaged in doing short-term, goal-oriented therapy with adults. I have always thought that individuals (especially adults that seek out therapy willfully) have in them the potentials to rethink their situation and work towards resolving their concerns when provided the appropriate tools allowing them to clearly see and identify what their objective is at that time.
Greetings! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and I have worked in a wide variety of settings including community mental health, school-based mental health, non-profit agencies, the corporate sector and private practice. I have over a decade of experience serving individuals, families, couples and children and spent my early career working exclusively with individuals who have experienced complex trauma. My approach is always client-centered and is informed by a variety of therapeutic modalities including narrative, experiential, emotionally focused and solution-focused therapies (just to name a few). I specialize in working with anxiety disorders, trauma, adjustment/life transitions, depression, women's issues and grief and loss.

In our work together, you’ll find a therapist who sees you, hears you, and shows up fervently for your healing journey. I understand the layered impacts of oppression on mental health.

Hello my name is Amy! I have been a mental health therapist for about 8 years. My clients would most likely describe me as empathetic, open minded, and authentic. I have worked with many different people from diverse cultural backgrounds. I provide English and Spanish telehealth therapy services in California.
Just because we have been going through life in survival mode does not mean we should continue to have to.
Seeking help is not always easy, especially when we are feeling uncertain, lost, or defeated. At times, people need some extra support to process things with, manage difficult emotions, and be comfortable in our own skin.
My role as a therapist is to listen, guide, and to help you navigate through life’s challenges. My goal is to teach you healthy coping skills that will enhance current, new and past relationships. Therapy is a collaborative journey to help you move forward. I believe that the relationship we build together will create a supportive and safe place to be yourself and dive into your true healing. One of my specialties is helping clients feel understood and supported.

I’m a therapist who works with adults dealing with life transitions, relationship challenges, and big emotions. I help you notice patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and relationships, build skills to handle stress and emotions, and create healthier, more fulfilling connections. I blend psychodynamic, relational, and DBT approaches, so we focus both on understanding yourself more deeply and on practical ways to navigate daily life with more ease and confidence.
Hi, I'm Danielle. I work with founders and leaders (either in organizations or entrepreneurship) navigating the emotional weight of building and leading: burnout, identity shifts, and the pressure of always being "on." With 14 years in operations, leadership development, and my own entrepreneurial journey, I understand this terrain personally, not just clinically. My ideal clients are founders and organizational leaders who are high-functioning, self-aware, and carrying more than they let on. What brings them in is usually burnout, anxiety, relationship strain, or the quiet realization that success on paper doesn't mean they're okay. I help them move forward by understanding the patterns underneath the pressure, rebuilding a relationship with rest and identity, and learning to lead from a more honest, sustainable place. There's a reason people say building a business or leading others teaches you more about yourself than therapy ever will. I'd agree. It's one of the most profound and disorienting journeys a person can take. That's exactly why it helps to talk to someone who genuinely gets it. I’m also a mom of 3.
Who I Work With
-Founders navigating the shift from builder to leader
-Leaders in organizations carrying high-stakes responsibility
-High-achievers who are doing well by every external measure and know something still needs to change

Hello, my name is Ruby Sanchez, and I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe life is made up of lessons—both good and difficult—and at times those lessons can feel overwhelming, confusing, and exhausting to navigate alone. Healing is a journey, and I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build insight, and move toward meaningful change.
I have 15 years of experience in the mental health field, including work in both private practice and inpatient psychiatric hospital settings. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and patterns related to self-criticism and emotional overwhelm. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach that draws from CBT, attachment-based work, ACT, EFT, and compassion-focused interventions to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful change. My style is collaborative and supportive, with an emphasis on both insight and practical tools to improve emotional well-being and relationships.
My journey to becoming a therapist started 29 years ago on a personal recovery journey, recovering from personal trauma and addiction in the entire system growing up including family, and coming from a low SES background, therapy became a way to reconcile the change I was going through in my life. Working with and helping others has always been a calling of mine, and becoming a therapist was a natural extension of that ongoing work on both myself and in my work with others.
Beginning with a humanistic approach means meeting the client where they are at, and then conceptualizing the approach with a combination of humanistic and positive psychology, systems theory, and recovery-oriented systems of care.
