Something meaningful in your life isn't working — even though on the outside, things look fine. You've tried therapy, you have insight into your patterns, but something still isn't shifting. That's exactly who I work with.
I'm a licensed therapist in Pasadena, California. Before becoming a therapist, I spent most of my adult life as a successful executive in investment management — driven, accomplished, and always moving. What I didn't realize until my 50s was that the constant motion was keeping me from slowing down enough to feel. Therapy changed that profoundly enough that I left my career, went back to school, and became a therapist myself.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes everyone deserves happiness, health, and tranquility in their lives. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, relationship challenges, and periods of feeling stuck or overwhelmed. You’re not alone in this. Change is possible, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
My role is to support and guide you in reconnecting with your strengths while helping you build tools for meaningful, lasting change. I take an integrative, collaborative, and evidence-based approach, tailoring therapy to your unique needs. I incorporate trauma-informed care and mind-body awareness to help you better understand how your past experiences may be impacting you today.
In our work together, you can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental space where we balance insight with practical strategies. Whether we are building coping skills, exploring patterns, or focusing on clear, achievable goals, my aim is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and capable of creating the life you want.

I also have a special passion for supporting youth ages 16 and older who are transitioning out of the foster care system and navigating important life changes.
My therapy style is an integrated approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), client-centered therapy, and holistic modalities. This means I help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns, manage difficult emotions, and address problematic behaviors while also incorporating mindfulness, self-awareness, and wellness-focused practices into the healing process. I believe that each client is the expert of their own life, so our work together is always collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs and goals.

My primary focus is improving emotional regulation, improving relationships, increasing self-esteem, and achieving personal growth. I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to no longer want to go on with life. I also know what it feels like to finally be out of the hole l was in and to feel whole again. I know how difficult it is to ask for help, but it's also the best decision one can make.
Hola! Just pause for a moment and give yourself credit for taking the first step toward bettering your mental health. I know it can feel empowering, confusing, and maybe even a little scary all at once, but you're here, and that's a huge step in itself.

You’re the caretaker or the high achiever—the one who always finds a way to make things work. On the outside, it may look like you’re doing everything “right,” but inside you feel anxious, disconnected, or simply exhausted. If you’re wondering how much longer you can keep it all together, you’re not alone. Finding a steady, supportive therapist can be the first step toward feeling like yourself again.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with women who are struggling with burnout, perfectionism, anxiety or depression. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, people pleasing, or putting others first.

(ADD and ADHD is not cause by caregivers, however, when it goes undiagnosed in children, there is s strong correlation to symptoms described above)
