LMFT, 3 years of experience
You don’t need to have it all figured out to start therapy, just a willingness to show up as you are. I help people untangle the noise in their lives, understand what drives their choices, and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Together, we’ll look at what’s been keeping you stuck and explore new ways of aligning with who you want to become.
In our first session, you can expect a warm, conversational space where I take time to get to know you and the stories that have brought you to therapy. I ask thoughtful questions to understand what feels stuck, what matters most to you, and how you’d like life to feel different. Together, we begin exploring the patterns and possibilities that can guide our work moving forward.
What stands out about my approach is the collaborative and conversational nature of the work. I don’t view clients as problems to be fixed, but as people with stories worth understanding and re-authoring. Through curiosity and reflective questioning, I help clients uncover strengths, values, and new meanings that allow for lasting change. Many find that this process not only relieves symptoms but also deepens self-awareness and connection to what truly matters.
I’m best positioned to serve individuals who feel stuck in self-doubt, anxiety, depression, or relational patterns and want to better understand the stories shaping their experiences. I work well with clients who are reflective, open to exploring meaning, and motivated to live in closer alignment with their values. My approach supports those seeking clarity, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of authorship over their lives.
I primarily use Narrative Therapy in my practice, helping clients separate themselves from their problems and re-author stories that highlight strength, agency, and values. I am passionate about Narrative Therapy and stay connected to related trainings and literature. This approach guides my work with individuals fostering collaboration, empowerment, and meaning-making in the therapeutic process.
