Listen. People start to heal the moment they feel heard.

I have practiced in this field for over 35 years helping clients from all walks of life.
I have worked with those dealing with depression and anxiety, grief, low self esteem, addiction, personality disorders, ptsd and trauma.
Experienced and seasoned, I utilize a strength based collaborative approach to help you understand, explore and address any concerns and challenges.
I start by listening, truly listening to you as you feel comfortable sharing your experiences, thoughts, feelings and the truth of being you. As you feel more comfortable, you may begin to let us both into your world, to explore and embody your true self.

I’m a bilingual Latina therapist. I support individuals who feel stuck overwhelmed with emotions or painful relationship patterns. Many of my clients are super caring personas que dan mucho, sometimes to their own detriment. I specialize in helping those getting better from difficult or unhealthy relationships, including survivors of domestic violence. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with six years of experience supporting individuals and families through a variety of challenges. My background includes working with foster children and families, older adults living with chronic health issues, people experiencing mental health crises or substance use disorder, and caregivers supporting loved ones who are sick or elderly.
In my work, I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where clients can show up as their authentic selves. I find it helpful to think of our mental health as a garden—complex, living, and full of potential. Sometimes, unhealthy “fruit” in life points to deeper roots beneath the surface. Together, and always at your pace, we explore those roots to uncover negative beliefs or patterns that may be holding you back. As we gently uproot those negative beliefs, we cultivate truth, hope, and healthier ways of thinking so that good fruit can grow.
I also hold a Master of Theological Studies from Boston University School of Theology. For clients who wish to integrate their Christian faith into therapy, I offer a space for spiritual exploration and emotional healing. My theological background allows me to walk with clients who are processing “church hurt,” wrestling with questions about God, or navigating the intersection of faith and mental health.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (TX LPC #88209, CO LPC#0024066) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (CA LPCC #16170) based in Dallas, TX with over 15 years experience in mental health and recovery-oriented work. I dedicate my practice to helping individuals navigate life's complexities and find their own path to well-being. My approach is warm, collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I believe that counseling is a partnership, and I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My goal is to empower you to build resilience, cultivate self-compassion, and create a life that feels authentic and meaningful to you.
I've been a therapist for about eight years with a keen eye for helping others find deeper meaning through their hardships, a calming presence capable of modeling self-regulation, and a reliable ear for those that need to unload their perceived stress across different life chapters. I also offer a modern, diverse openness for cultural understanding as I am a male Latino fluent in Spanish, have Asian ethnicity, and am first-generation American. I can also empathize with perceived struggles as I grew up with low SES, was greatly affected by a custody battle into my teenage years, and became the primary healthcare agent for my father-figure until his passing from cancer during my early twenties. In more recent years, I learned the differences in transitioning from the role of a stepfather to becoming a father of a newborn. Understanding one's own pain from their story is key to learning the balancing act of validating and/or differentiating how to help others process their felt pain. I offer my therapeutic services as your existential teammate who will metaphorically walk by your side along your therapeutic journey.
Welcome! My name is Lorrie!

Hi, I'm Sara! I believe everyone has the capacity to heal, even when life feels overwhelming. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and comfortable being your authentic self. You don't have to have the right words or all the answers—we'll figure things out together.
I enjoy helping people understand themselves on a deeper level, recognize patterns that no longer serve them, and build practical tools that create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is collaborative, personalized, and grounded in the belief that therapy should meet you where you are.
I know that healing isn't always linear, and I believe growth can happen through both the difficult moments and the lighter ones. While we may explore deep emotions, I also welcome laughter, curiosity, and celebrating the small wins along the way. My hope is that you leave each session feeling heard, supported, and a little more connected to yourself than when you arrived.

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California and I have been offering Psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and groups for the past 6 years.
My own journey of healing, including navigating posttraumatic stress disorder, has profoundly shaped my approach to therapy. This personal experience, combined with years of professional practice, informs my integrative approach, which focuses on the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit.
I specialize in working with the nervous system and addressing conditions such as trauma, OCD, PTSD, and relational issues. My approach is rooted in understanding how these challenges affect the whole person, not just their thoughts or emotions, but also their physical and energetic well-being.
Parenting can be tough. You wonder if your child will ever grow out of their excessive worries, meltdowns, or tantrums, and you become exhausted and feel guilty for being frustrated with them. The nightly battles with homework and reports from school are wearing you down. The power struggle with your spirited toddler or your strong-willed adolescent may leave you overwhelmed and wondering what you can do differently. Communicating and feeling unified with your partner or caregiver may be difficult or your styles may be different, creating a state of uncertainty or chaos in the home.
It is okay to feel overwhelmed. It is also okay to strive for more. You know the potential your child has, and living in a world where you can better help them navigate their development is possible. My goal is to empower you and your child by finding effective parenting strategies and coping skills that work for your family, allowing your child to thrive.
I work with children, families, parents, and caregivers to ease the tension that emotions, outbursts, tantrums, and anxiety can bring children and their families. Parents are welcome for parent support as well as for individual therapy to improve their emotional response when triggered by parenting issues. Children are welcome between the ages of 2 and 7 years for Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Let's begin working towards a more peaceful and intentional parenting experience. I welcome all families from all walks of life.
Hi I'm Jordan and welcome to my practice. I specialize in working with adults with high-functioning Autism (formerly Asperger's) as well as help clients with addiction concerns. If you or your adult child is on the spectrum and struggling to put words to their emotions, implement real change, or develop friendships, these are very common concerns and I would be happy to meet with you or your child to work through those concerns. I also support clients (ASD or not) with addiction concerns ranging from porn to alcohol and many other drugs. I enjoy my work and ensure that my clients never feel judged and leave feeling empowered to make the changes that are essential for their life.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect, and feel understood. My work blends somatic awareness, mindfulness, and evidence-based therapy to help you regulate stress, restore balance, and build resilience.

Hi, I'm James. I believe that the fundamental purpose of therapy is to create and facilitate change. Whether you are beginning or resuming the pursuit of healthy change in your life, I would love to join you in that effort. As a Marriage and Family Therapist and Supervisor of 15 years, I have had the privilege of serving a wide array of clients and I specialize in collaborating with you to decrease the impact of trauma, severe depression, anxiety, and/or psychosis. Regardless of the context that brought you to initiate this search, that intentional decision is a commendable step toward creating healthy change.
I have spent much of my career serving and leading in agency work, and have seen the results of systemic and societal trauma in its purest form and proudly serve those who are described as "high acuity", as well as those who need help with nagging doubts, sticky insecurities or outdated patterns.
I encourage you to take that next step into self-care, healing and change. I pledge to honor your story, your process and to facilitate change.
I consider myself a relational and systems-based therapist. That means that I value discussing relationships and the impact of them on you. I also seek to understand my client as a whole person and not just your symptoms. At the heart of my work is the belief that the therapeutic relationship itself is meaningful and often mirrors patterns that show up outside the therapy room. Together, we will explore these dynamics with curiosity and compassion and without judgment. I deeply value your goals and concerns, and I also believe therapy is a space where thoughtful, honest feedback can be both empowering and healing. Above all, my goal is for therapy to feel collaborative and supportive.
Hola! Just pause for a moment and give yourself credit for taking the first step toward bettering your mental health. I know it can feel empowering, confusing, and maybe even a little scary all at once, but you're here, and that's a huge step in itself.
I'm a bilingual LCSW based in Southern California, practicing for about 5 years. I help clients manage emotional distress, regulate behavior, and work toward lasting change. I build trust and provide a safe space where we normalize that life includes both highs and lows across emotional, social, and developmental areas. It would be both an honor and a privilege to accompany you on this part of your journey.
"The human race has only one effective weapon, and that is laughter." – Mark Twain
I started helping those who are seeking to up-level their experiences and shine as their true and authentic selves in 2019. My journey first started in residential treatment facilities where I held space for those in early recovery from substance use disorders. This population ranged from men's only, women's only and LGBTQ+ Many of these individuals also struggled with anxiety, depression, trauma and eating disorders. I have also had the opportunity to work with adolescents at risk of sex trafficking. This work is extremely rewarding as the clients are at an age where they are most influential and willing.
I am a deeply spiritual person and practice in the study of yoga and meditation and participate in somatic healings such as Kundalini Light Intergration (KALI) and breathworks. I am also a level two Reiki practitioner (training to become a master) and a certified personal trainer. When I am not holding space for healing, I enjoy being in the outdoors, surfing, climbing, reading and cooking nutritious and fun to eat meals. I hope to continue the journey of providing a safe space for individuals where healing can occur for years to come.
I offer sessions both early in the morning (5am - 7am) and later in the evening (6pm - 9pm) to accommodate those who work nine to five or those who just prefer early morning or evening therapy sessions.
I bring both professional and personal experience to my work as a therapist. Having a Bipolar 1 diagnosis has given me a unique perspective on the challenges of navigating the institutional and often stigmatized aspects of mental health and the impact on life. This lived experience allows me to approach therapy with empathy, a genuine curiosity and appreciation for each client’s journey, while also emphasizing overall holistic living for optimal wellness of mind and body.
Professionally, I’ve worked in psychiatric residential treatment, addiction medicine, youth detention and private practice settings. These experiences have strengthened my ability to support clients through a wide range of concerns from mild to severe forms of mental health challenges and their impact on daily living.
I integrate a lot of somatic and sensory-based tools focusing on emotion and nervous system regulation, including brainspotting, drumming, sound therapy, aromatherapy, meditation and shamanic techniques and other mindfulness tools, along with an emphasis on nature therapy, nutrition in relation to mental health and sleep hygiene.
Alongside these approaches, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to examine and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen emotion regulation, and collaborate with clients to develop the most applicable coping strategies in those areas.
I have extensive experience supporting clients with addictions, complex PTSD/trauma history, ADHD, BPD, bipolar and schizophrenia, among others.

In my work, I aim to provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients can explore challenges, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful change in their lives and relationships. Hey! My name Alyssa.
Is it just me, or does searching for a therapist online feel a little like online dating? You scroll through profiles, a picture catches your eye, you read all the “best parts,” and wonder: Will we be a match? It’s vulnerable, overwhelming, and full of uncertainty. And yet—finding the right person can make all the difference.
I’m a licensed therapist in California with 10 years of experience, as well as a certified yoga and barre instructor. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic and polyvagal-informed practices, and mindfulness. I believe you are capable of healing, growth, and creating a life that feels aligned. My role is to guide and support you along the way.
I help people who are navigating challenges such as:
Anxiety: When worry feels constant and your body is on edge, I help you calm racing thoughts, regulate your nervous system, and build coping skills so you feel steady.
Life Transitions: When big changes leave you uncertain, I help you reframe anxious thinking, strengthen resilience, and trust yourself as you step forward.
Grief: When loss feels unbearable, I provide space to honor your emotions, gently challenge painful thought patterns, and help you find moments of relief without rushing the process.
Parenting Challenges: When guilt and stress feel heavy, I help you regulate your nervous system, shift expectations, and respond with patience and connection.
Trauma & PTSD: When memories or beliefs keep you stuck, I use trauma-informed, somatic, and CBT approaches to restore safety and self-trust.
Self-Esteem: When self-criticism overshadows your worth, I help you quiet the inner critic and build a more compassionate, confident relationship with yourself.
Together, we’ll work toward relief, resilience, and a grounded connection to yourself and the people you love.
Do you feel held back by experiences you can't seem to move on from? Do you know your goals, but struggle to find the path to get there? Are you looking for a space to better understand yourself, your past, and the person you want to be in the future?
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, and substance use. I am here to help you dive into understanding not only how to grow in the present, but also what pieces have come together to create the person you are today. We don't exist in a vacuum, therefore I take a holistic approach that works with the confluence of mental, social, and cultural factors surrounding each individual.
One of the most difficult parts of therapy is choosing to begin. Congratulations for making it this far. I would be overjoyed to walk alongside you as you continue on this journey of growth and self-love.
I’m a licensed professional counselor with 20 years of experience in community mental health settings. As a therapist and behavioral health practitioner, I have worked with complex trauma, psychosis, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring substance use. I have a masters degree in clinical psychology from the University of Amsterdam and lived in the Netherlands for six years. There, I also began building my family, and that international foundation shaped both how I think and how I work.
I work with adults navigating a wide range of life challenges — from anxiety, depression, and relationship patterns to identity, major transitions, and the quieter but persistent sense that something just isn’t working. This includes people working through faith transitions or untangling the psychological weight of a strict or high-control religious upbringing — something I understand not just clinically, but personally. Whether you’re in crisis or simply ready to understand yourself better, I meet people where they are.
Do you feel like you have the insight but don’t quite know what to do with it- how to process it or heal? You are not alone. I help individuals and couples move beyond the surface to work through what is keeping them stuck. I use IFS, EMDR and other modalities to connect you to your wounds, unprocessed memories, and blocks. Together, we set to discover the parts of you that hold pain and unlock your full potential by exploring what is holding you back.
Couples:
If it feels like you’re speaking different languages or having the same argument over and over, you may be stuck in a negative cycle that’s hard to see from the inside. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), rooted in attachment theory, to help partners reconnect, communicate vulnerably, and rebuild.
Oftentimes, what stands in our way is fear because we have a deeply rooted need to feel safe. I understand. It’s much easier to stay in something comfortable than to risk the unknown; our minds and bodies are wired that way. My hope is to reflect your strength and worth, and to provide a safe, trusting space where you can feel seen, heard, and valued.
Hello, I’m Sharon Price. Are you feeling overwhelmed by the weight of trauma, depression, or anxiety? Do you often feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward? You don’t have to face these challenges alone—I’m here to support you every step of the way.
With over seven years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, I’ve helped clients of all ages—from young children to adults—find healing and hope. My work has included supporting children and families in foster care through the impacts of trauma and loss, as well as guiding adults through the complexities of anxiety, depression, and strained relationships.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I obtained my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University at Buffalo in 2015. Over the past eight years, I have been providing psychotherapy services to support individuals in their recovery from a wide variety of mental health challenges and trauma. I believe that providing a safe space to heal and grow is an important piece of mental health recovery, and it is something I strive to provide to each of my clients. I would describe myself as a very positive person, calm, an optimist, and creative.
I am looking forward to meeting with you!
Hello! My name is May, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA and my Master’s degree from California State University, Long Beach.
I work with individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity exploration, grief and loss, trauma, stress, and life transitions. Through our work together, clients often share that they gain greater self-awareness, develop stronger coping skills, and feel more confident in managing their emotions. Therapy can support meaningful shifts in perspective, build resilience, and empower you to move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, balance, and self-compassion.
As a therapist, I feel tremendous gratitude to be able to support ALL individuals on their journey of healing. I aim to use a compassionate and strength-based approach, which allows me to maintain an open mind and heart throughout our work together while focusing on the strengths and skill you already have. I practice holistically to look at the different aspects of the mind, body, emotions, and spirit to find what is needed to feel more peace and comfort in your life. Throughout our time together, I’m committed to showing up with a positive, kind, respectful, nonjudgmental and caring attitude.
