I have worked in a variety of communities and settings throughout my career including schools, medical placements, adult protective services, conservators office, and crisis residential. My focus throughout my career has been working in the area of Mental Health. In 2020 I focused on private practice therapy and found that this area of work is where I belong. I love working with others one on one in a supportive and compassionate setting. I have worked with clients who come looking for support with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and codependency.
