Are you looking to make changes in your life but don't know where to start? Have you recently experienced a change in your life and are struggling to pick up the pieces? Do you feel stuck repeating the same patterns again and again? I provide a straight forward, down to earth, comfortable atmosphere for adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma/abuse, life transition issues, single mother issues, stress. My goal is to guide you toward a resolution of these problems and help you identify their origins so that you do not repeat the same patterns of coping that were unsuccessful in the past. I also provide various resources in the form of homework exercises designed to assist you in your therapeutic journey.
