LCSW, 7 years of experience
New to Grow
Therapy is a journey we walk together. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I'm bilingual in English y hablo español, so you can choose the language that feels most comfortable for you. I work with individuals and families to explore emotions, build resilience, and find balance in a safe and supportive space. Together, we’ll develop practical skills and strategies to help you navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
I specialize in supporting individuals who are coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, and major life transitions. Using a DBT-informed approach, I help clients strengthen emotional resilience, build practical coping skills, and create balance between acceptance and change. My goal is to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can gain clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of stability.
I became a therapist because I believe in the strength people have to grow and heal when given understanding and support. My work has been shaped by years of experience in mental health, hospice, foster care, and child welfare, where I’ve witnessed how small, consistent steps can create meaningful change. I’m here to help you build awareness, find balance, and move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion.

In our session, we will work together to explore your current situation and identify your goals for the future. I’ve been using DBT in my practice for several years to help clients manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and build coping skills. We’ll use DBT to balance acceptance and change, acknowledging your current experience while working toward healthier responses. Together, we’ll develop skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and effective communication to help you feel more in control and confident in your daily life.
