You don't have to live life feeling overwhelmed with negative thoughts, numbness, or expectations every day. You deserve to live authentically. You should speak to a counselor who recognizes that there is tremendous beauty to the person you are already. Your blood is of rich ancestry, heritage, triumphs and identity. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session there is no pressure to do anything more than have an introspective conversation with me. We will get to know eachother and you can determine how comfortable you are with talking with me.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My professional and personal experiences have taught me to address the difficulties of moving on from hard things that happen to us – past, present and future. I love to help people who are feeling very stressed and overwhelmed with negative thoughts throughout their days because I have been there. Especially when it hasn't been okay to really talk about things with the people in our lives.
