Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida. A graduate of FSU and Teacher's College with over 10 years of experience assisting individuals who struggle with alcohol and substance abuse-related concerns. Experience includes community, psychiatric inpatient and outpatient, and court/probation. My experience has helped foster change and help others develop a stronger sense of community, family, and self!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Working with me, you can expect to be in the driver's seat and be provided with the support necessary to identify, prioritize, and resolve concerns. The ultimate goal is to experience a better work, home, and family life without the use of alcohol or substances as a coping method. Mostly, you can expect to be guided through the recovery process from discomfort and unease.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is a multi-faceted, strengths-based, versatile treatment approach, that focuses on individual and cultural needs. In addition, together, we examine the triggering messages that negatively affect self-awareness and positive self-identification. For youths, I use the strength of gaming and education to highlight the importance of purpose and self-determination while learning how their world is experienced.
