Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters from the Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing for 7 years. Additionally, I received a Pupil Personnel Credential from California State University, Fresno which allowed me to gain experience in a School Counselor role. I help children and adolescents navigate life's challenges to achieve the best version of themselves. I believe in supporting the whole family to help establish and maintain growth.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session is all about getting to know each other and building a foundation of trust and comfort. For children and adolescents, it's normal to feel a little nervous-so I take things at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I offer a calm compassionate presence that allows the client to explore their thoughts, emotions and life's challenges without fear of judgement. I meet each client where they are, working along side them to build insight, resilience and confidence as they navigate their unique journey.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I love working with children, adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression and trauma. These client's often feel overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected-and may have difficulty understanding or expressing what they are going through. Additionally, I specialize in working with the Neurodivergent population committed to fostering inclusion and connectedness.
