My name is Dr. Clifford Marsh, but please call me “Cliff.” I am clinically licensed to practice therapy in South Carolina and Virginia. I have a Doctor of Education (Ed.D) in Leadership and a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.)- Clinical Specialization. I have 20 years of post-master’s experience with diverse client populations and have expert knowledge in applying effective, evidence-based modalities. Most clients describe me as empathetic and easy to talk to, based on online reviews from clients I have worked with. I am comfortable talking about any topic from a non-judgmental perspective and helping each client process and work through any circumstance. Outside of sessions, clients can contact me when and if needed for additional support. Please know that when you work with me, you will be valued, highly respected, and receive quality services. I look forward to conversing with you!
With the first session, clients can expect a respectful and organic interaction. I will assist clients with identifying their strengths and with expressing the problem(s) that warrant individualized intervention from an evidence-based perspective.
My biggest strengths are connecting with clients from all walks of life, thus making me authentically comfortable in celebrating diversity. With 20 years of experience I consider myself an expert-level clinician and have the abilities to meet the needs of all clients on online platforms and traditionally.
I have the interest for working with all types of client populations. As an advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and belonging, I value interfacing with persons from all walks of life, regardless of identification.
