I am a passionate and dedicated therapist with over 15 years of experience providing compassionate, client-centered care to individuals, couples, and families. Throughout my career, I’ve helped clients navigate a wide range of emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges by creating a safe, supportive space for healing and growth. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, with a strong focus on building trust, fostering resilience, and empowering clients to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. During this initial meeting, I focus on creating a safe, welcoming environment where you feel heard and respected. We’ll explore your reasons for seeking therapy and discuss your goals, concerns, and expectations. As part of a comprehensive assessment, I’ll also gather information about your biopsychosocial background—including your physical health, mental and emotional well-being, social and family dynamics, and any relevant life experiences. This helps me gain a holistic understanding of who you are and what may be impacting your current situation. From there, we’ll start to identify key areas of focus and collaboratively develop a personalized plan to support your growth and healing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, warmth, and genuine connection. I use a gentle, nonjudgmental style that allows clients to feel safe, seen, and supported throughout the therapeutic process. I believe that healing begins in a space where clients can be themselves without fear of criticism or pressure. By meeting clients where they are emotionally and mentally, I tailor each session to their unique needs and pace. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, or life transitions, I focus on building trust and promoting self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

We all embark on the journey of life. We travel down the road before us, trying to carve out a path that will lead us to the kind of life that will bring us joy. However, there are times when that path leads us off the course of happiness and fulfillment and into some dark corners which can affect our mood, mental well-being, physical health and emotional stability. Whether you're faced with challenging choices involving family, couples, adolescents, employment related, sexual identity, addiction, or mental health issues, I am here to help.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a structured, goal-oriented approach to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In our sessions, I work with clients to identify unhelpful or distorted thinking patterns that may be contributing to emotional distress or problematic behaviors.
