I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with women navigating relationship anxiety, attachment wounds, self-abandonment, and recurring relational patterns. Many of the women I work with are highly capable in other areas of life but feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure whether what they’re feeling in relationships is anxiety, fear, or intuition. My work helps clients reconnect to themselves with greater clarity, self-trust, emotional safety, and authenticity.
In our first session, my goal is to help you feel safe enough to slow down and begin making sense of what’s happening beneath the anxiety, confusion, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm you may be experiencing. Together, we’ll explore your story, relational patterns, attachment experiences, and the ways you may have learned to protect yourself within relationships. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, honesty, and compassion while helping clients build greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and self-trust.
My greatest strength is helping clients uncover the deeper patterns underneath their relationship struggles rather than only focusing on surface-level symptoms. I work especially well with women who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, anxious attachment, emotional hypervigilance, or losing themselves within relationships. My approach is relational, insight-oriented, and grounded in attachment work, somatic awareness, emotional processing, and mindfulness practices. I help clients better understand themselves, trust their inner experiences, and move toward healthier, more authentic ways of relating.
I work best with women who feel successful, capable, and self-aware in many areas of life but find themselves struggling in relationships, anxious attachment patterns, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection from themselves. Many of the women I work with question whether what they are feeling is anxiety, intuition, fear, or truth. They may find themselves repeating painful relationship dynamics, losing themselves in love, struggling to trust their inner voice, or feeling afraid to fully express their needs, boundaries, or desires. I help clients better understand the deeper emotional and relational patterns shaping their lives while building greater self-trust, emotional safety, authenticity, and clarity. I also work with couples navigating communication challenges, emotional disconnection, intimacy concerns, and recurring relational patterns.
Mind-body approach
I believe the body often holds emotional experiences that words alone cannot fully express. I help clients develop greater awareness of how anxiety, stress, grief, fear, and emotional overwhelm show up physically, allowing for deeper self-understanding, regulation, and connection to inner knowing.
Narrative
Many of the beliefs we carry about ourselves, love, worthiness, and relationships are shaped by past experiences, family dynamics, culture, and painful relational patterns. Narrative therapy helps clients identify and challenge limiting stories while reconnecting to a more authentic and empowered sense of self.
Attachment-based
I help clients understand how early attachment experiences and relational wounds shape the way they connect, protect themselves, and seek safety within relationships. Together, we explore patterns such as anxious attachment, people-pleasing, emotional hypervigilance, fear of abandonment, and self-abandonment with compassion and curiosity.
Somatic
My somatic approach helps clients slow down and reconnect with their emotional and physical experiences in real time. By increasing awareness of nervous system responses, emotional patterns, and bodily sensations, clients can build greater capacity for emotional regulation, self-trust, and healthier relational experiences.
Relational
I view relationships as meaningful mirrors that often reveal our deepest longings, fears, wounds, and protective patterns. My approach focuses on helping clients better understand how they relate to themselves and others while building greater emotional safety, authenticity, communication, and connection.

I've learned a lot of things to adjust my thinking and feeling, based on questions and feedback she's given. I am slowly being supported and hope that I can continue to make progress. It is sometimes painful but beneficial.
