Hello! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Virginia, with a Master's degree from the University of Oregon. For the past eight years, I have committed myself to the practice of individual and couples therapy, helping individuals and partners navigate the complexities of their emotional and relational lives. In our sessions, I will take the time to truly understand your story, beliefs, and experiences—what makes you uniquely you. Together, we will explore the many facets of your identity with curiosity, not judgment, laying a strong foundation of self-awareness. From there, the possibilities for growth and evolution are boundless. I'll also equip you with practical tools to manage anxiety, cultivate self-compassion, and encourage you to reflect on your behaviors and reactions outside of our time together. For couples therapy, in addition to the above, we'll dive into your shared story. We'll explore how you met, what drew you to one another, and identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Over the past eight years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds and cultures worldwide. Couples Counseling

In my practice, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where couples feel truly heard, understood, and empowered to explore their feelings and experiences. With eight years of experience as a couple’s therapist, I specialize in facilitating meaningful conversations between partners, particularly as they navigate challenges related to communication, trust, intimacy, and conflict resolution. My approach is to foster an environment where each partner can openly express themselves and learn to listen deeply to one another. Mind-body approach

In my work with clients, I help them connect their emotions with the physical sensations they experience in their bodies. When a client expresses feelings of sadness or anxiety, I guide them to pause and explore where these emotions manifest physically. Narrative
